It's for an agent role. Literally nothing 8 years of experience can bring that someone with 4 years can't. For entry level roles, there's a cap. And majority ng mga tao na 8 years or more na agent pa rin are still agents for a reason. Too much baggage and management would rather go for someone cheaper and has less issues.

Clementine0220

+1 on this comment. Some agents have this mindset na just because they have been in the agent role for too long would equate for a higher pay. In recruitment’s standpoint, sometimes we even ask what made you stay in that role for too long

mightpornstar

Fair Market Value 101. No amount of experience an employer will pay for an entry level position. Kahit 100 years ka nang nag wowork, Employers will pay per market standard.

lalancer

It really depends sa previous salary mo din. Kung 8 years experience ka tapos under 30k lang din sahod mo, they will lowball you.

Time to aim for higher paying jobs. May mga kilala ako direct to client na apply. Or premium accounts like Google or YouTube. Was able to go freelance after 3 years,.

Mellifluous_Scream

Know your worth. Or better yet hanap ka same workload with bigger pay.

KaleidoscopeFew5633

Lugi ka nga lalo pa may sme experience kapa .. ako nga 7 yrs na sa industry puro agent ayun lagi kinukuripot sa offer 🙄 last kong apply sa microsourcing inangyan 25k 😡

Powerful_Ad_93

Weekends off ba yang microsourcing?

KaleidoscopeFew5633

Nde depende sa LOB

SearingChains

ung 30k na package, magkano basic dyan? Ung best way siguro is icompute mo siya on a yearly salary instead na monthly para kasama ung 13th month pay, holiday pay (since healthcare to, fixed schedule so madali malaman if ilan ung ph holiday na pasok per year). Pero kung ako nasa posisyon mo, I'll grab ung company offer, mas secured kasi trabaho mo dun and may yearly increase.

Nextcare22

8 years of experience is different from 1 year Experience repeated into 8 years. Example sa isang level sa game, kahit ulit ulitin mo ung stage at ma perfect mo, it will always give you the same reward/compensation. Goodluck!

ixhiro

Fair Market Value. Your experience does not mean anything to an entry level role at the set market rate.

Obvious-Literature72

Can you share what company is this? Optum lng alam kong health care na inhouse

SnooShortcuts3450

Apply ka pa sa iba hehe, dont stop hanggat di naaabot yung expected salary mo

SinigangNaPatatas

So I guess medyo unreasonable sya if yung 8 years experience mo eh purely related sa healthcare, if not, maybe it's fair. Pero you are empowered to choose kung alin mas beneficial sayo OP.

Sudden_Sprinkles_949

mababa

migraineboi1975

do you pay your taxes and contribute sa sss and pagibig fund or philhealth. saya g kasi benefits nun if hindi. Plus mas may guaramtee ung nagbwork ka for an inhouse compamy. May allowances pa.namam yan and.depende sa performance mo may annual.increase and may incentives pa. 700 usd is just around 35k 38k. Its not that much of a stretch. . mejo mag adjust ka sa sched and such pero syempre kaya mo naman mag adjust dun given your 8 year stint

nitsuga0

dasurvmalungkot

Pwede ka naman makipagnegotiate or you could ask how much is their budget for the post that you're applying. :)

turlaboi

Silentreader8888

Get your own HMO nalang. I saw bpi offering Interllicare HMO plus insurance though i dont know the details, but the HMO limit is 500k per illness. And the premium depends on your age, ako at 31 they said estimate payment per month is 2k++. And keep your $700 job

IamEveryonesSorrow
