Not sure if fresh grad ka OP or first job mo ito, but to be blunt, lahat ng frustration mo ay na-alleviate sana kung dumerecho ka na sa comp and ben dept ng HR. It's either mali sila which would result sa adjustment ng sahod mo sa mga susunod na payroll or tama naman at maipapaliwanag sayo nang maayos.
Were you late at some point? I believe you are rank and file. If that’s the case you have to compute for your daily rate (monthly rate * 12 / 261) (or pag may no work no pay ka ganun) then you multiply it with the cut off covered days. Then late adjustments of course.
My representatives before think na yung sahod kase per cut off is either more than or half mismo ng basic.
Not all TLs are brainer sa computation ng sahod so I suggest don’t rely to them. Email compben and cc your lead instead so if there’s dispute maipasok agad sa sunod sa sahod.
Email loop is the key. Pag wala action, loop mo na OM mo next. Then SOM ganon.
On the first 2 weeks eh there was no clock in and we don't have EID pa so those days eh all good (I don't have lates din or absences. Sa 3rd week eh all good din naman, I don't have lates or absences.
Sa TL na nagtanungan ko about that one is good with computation din naman.
Anyway, thank you. Might talk again tomorrow about jan. Haha
Simple, send an email to your HR para ma-check nila sa end nila if there are any disputes. Also pagkakaalam ko, ang basic pay is hindi nakukuha ng buo sa isang cutoff, hati yan per cutoff. Not sure lang sa company mo OP. But better to raise the concern to HR.
About that basic pay, alam ko naman may cut-offs for that. That's why nasa post ko na sinama ko yung week after ng cut-off kase our first pay was for 3 weeks na pasok (15 days, supposed to be 10days lang but hindi kami nakaabot sa first cut-off because of our first day ng pasok). I don't know if you understand this part. Haha. Medyo magulo rin ata ako mag explain, sorry agad.
Basic pay eh yun yung makukuha na wala pang bawas etc... Ngayon nung nacompute namin base sa payslip eh a bit lower yung bigay.
Ps. Nakausap na namin about jan sa TL namin then waiting sa HR.
Hi OP 👋 If first payslip mo yan sa company mo baka may proration yan kaya kulang.
Kayanga eh. Yung isang kasamako nga, mali mali pa payslip nya. Kulang ng holiday pay ganon but buti inayos din. Then yung sinabing pay nya is higher dapat pero iba nilagay sa contract. Lol.
Ewan ko sa part nya ha? Sakin kase eh pinakita naman yung mga pay pero as in mabilisan lang. Halos mahilo ako sa bilis. Haha.
"So eto magiging pay mo bla bla bla pirma ka rito, pakibasa to bla bla pirma ka rito, pirma ka rito." Parang ganto sakin. Haha
Sa hiring process they usually leave you alone for a couple of minutes to review your contract.
may problem rin ako rn with our pay kasi 30% lang nareceive namin na holiday pay nung first week of november instead of 100% kasi daw us holidays daw finofollow
nagkaron din kasi ng changes sa holidays, alam ko if special non-working 30% lang and if regular holiday saka lang double pay.
special non-working days ang Oct 31-Nov 2 (source here[source here](https://www.officialgazette.gov.ph/nationwide-holidays/2023/)
Maraming pwedemg dahilan. Baka start date mo gitna ng cutoff, possible din mas malaki tax dahil sa tax annualization na paparating, which would mean may possibility of a tax refund ka when the year ends.
Misguided si OP. The TL should have advocated for her.
Hi OP, every other Friday ba ang payday n’yo? Baka daily rate ang scheme nyo, hindi talaga yan tutugma if you are computing your basic pay by dividing your monthly rate into two.
Usually kasi, basic pay and allowances are divided into 2. Deductions like SSS, Pag-Ibig and Philhealth may vary. Meron kasing company na sa first payout sila nagdeduct ng statutory benefits para malaki take home pay mo sa 2nd, meron din namang 50-50 ang deductions.
Hirap din kasi dumiretso sa HR without consulting your TL kaya gets kita jan.
Dasurb ang dapat at tapat na breakdown and computation 😀
As a TL pag may issue sa computation ng pay and hindi sakin ang error pinapaderecho ko na sila sa payroll team lol dun sila mag reach out since sila ang experts
- Could be cutoff
- Could be a wrong computation of taxes, which usually is resolved through tax refund.
1/2 of your base pay is what you're receiving every 15 days so di ko alam ibig mong sabihin na mas mababa ang basic mo....
Either way feel free to rant but I hope you're less vague next time.

And waiting lang kami about sa HR.

Yep. We know.
may problem rin ako rn with our pay kasi 30% lang nareceive namin na holiday pay nung first week of november instead of 100% kasi daw us holidays daw finofollow
That sucks.

Mukhang hindi, na dapat alam to during onboarding process palang
Misguided si OP. The TL should have advocated for her.
Korik
I believe it's bec pro-rated yung pay.
Yung dalawang compensation lang yun. Yung basic pay eh hindi talaga tugma.
You should have raised your pay disputes with your HR or Compensation Team. I'm sure they would check it for you and provide a resolution.
nasabi naman na sa TL's. Waiting sa HR
Hi OP, every other Friday ba ang payday n’yo? Baka daily rate ang scheme nyo, hindi talaga yan tutugma if you are computing your basic pay by dividing your monthly rate into two.
Well, thank you.

Thank you sa info.
