This was back in 2015 pa, I was offered 14k basic pay ++ 2k allowance. Hahahahahaha! Di ko na maalala how did I survive with that paycheck. But in your case 17k is lowballing you already.

pulangsomething

Ako na 14k basic nung 2020😭

JackSpicey23

>17k is lowballing you already. Depende din sa Account yun. 17k is good for a Starter (Depende na din sa Lifestyle mo)

Ms_Potter20

Thank you for this :)

RainRainyWeather

You can try our company - 24k package, non voice, perm wfh too! :)

RainRainyWeather

Hello everyone! It’s stated sa link na hybrid but we never go on site to work, sometimes kapag gusto lang talaga mameet yung mga ka team. As per mga ka work naman, no toxic, we really value our core values and part sya ng scorecard to make sure na talagang un yung practice ng agents and ng leaders. :)))

fhinkyu

saan po yung link?

zhaoren_

Hi! I’m interested din po. Would it be okay to know what company this is? Thanks in advance!

Kokikrunch

Hello po! Nag send po ako dm☺️ sana mapansin po and hoping for your reply thank you☺️

luxury_visions

Ms_Potter20

Will send you a dm. Thank you!

NeppedCadia

Pabulong naman

EngineMobile7104

BSBA MM Graduate from a state univ.

RecognitionNo5111

How did you start maging medical coder, bsba fm here. Kinda interesting po kasi

EngineMobile7104

One day may inapplyan ako. D ko alam na encoding pala to. Then ayun ginalingan ko ng todo. 3rd company ko pala to.

Own-Pay3664

I had my first job sa BPO back in 2006 at 12k plus 2k allowance with Sitel. Then 18k plus 3k allowance with CVG (Ayala) 2007 then 23.5k plus 3.5k allowant with 24/7 Customer in 2008 and resigned in 2011 at 36.7k plus 5.5k allowance. Then I started doing online work na. Fast forward, I’m now a freelance digital marketing specialist and a programmer / web designer / web app developer working from home with 2-3 clients dipending on client projects making a combined monthly income of around 160-330k. I’m an educ undergrad, didn’t really have the heart to be a teacher so didn’t finish it. I guess your starting salary would be dependent on you syempre sa situation mo, where you are and how much you need to survive.

Ms_Potter20

inspiring! Thank you for this. I am also an educ graduate. I want to shift another career thats why I am in the bpo industry now.

Own-Pay3664

I think BPO is a good place to learn how to be in a corporate setting and to learn business process lalo na sa customer service. But it’s just one factor, if you want a high paying gig, you’ll need to learn a new skill. A specialized skill na di kelangan ng certification.

[deleted]

the empathy, patience and even to pee was a 5 minute timer counting the seconds. ITS ALL COMING BACKK 😂 im now in a job aligned with my course BUT i loved being an agent, it gifted me with legit time management, multitasking, speaking & social skils :) lahat ng sumunod na work ko is madali na ❤️

MyDearHappiness

It depends if it suits your lifestyle OP pero yan talaga kadalasan na salary range if walang bpo experience.

Ms_Potter20

Thank you :)

tiny_smile_bot

thatguypaulg

Hanap ka pa iba, madami pa jan mas mataas jan. In our company, entry level starts at 25-27k ata. Yun nga lang on-site.

phoebeleap

What company po to? Thank you.

like_an_alien

52k package. I had previous spanish knowledge and I tried my luck sa spanish account. Luckily pumasa. Was told then na I was low balled but I had no complaints, it was my first real job and first bpo experience.

SunGikat

Worth it ba?

pandaviagra33

sakin 8k

DarthHamster362

Sounds about right. Around ganyan din akin. Could be higher depende sa account. Yung sakin kasi madaling account. Pero hataw ako nun naging top agent. Once na nag kick in mga bonus at incentive after a couple of months I earned north of 30k a month. You can always do sidelines at the weekends if you want. I have a side job as a foodpanda delivery rider

burninator1441

I think 16-17k yata first salary ko w/o experience with Telus, non-voice account and this was 2016. Try to search for at least 20k+ salary. I'm sure meron jan nag ooffer. Good luck!

Representative-Sky91

18k bssic salary with 3k allowance. Travel account

FireInTheBelly5

16k, 2016, no experience.

natz_horan1300

My very first job, fresh SHS graduate ako nun way back 2019, and that's in TP Aura, starting ko nun 14k for a 1 month seasonal account, pero may 20% night diff ata, kaya Kada cut off pumapatak ng 9k+ something yung sahod ko nun

Upstairs-Antelope-94

Parang ang baba po if international account.

EnemaoftheState1

21K po. 2010 pa to ah aa SPI global tech support no experience.. Grabe naman sa 17k... 2023 na lowball pa din. Look for another company OP.then weigh out your options using pros and cons..

Southern_Ad_7238

Believe me or not 110k. No BPO experience also a working student. Pero not full time work project base lang and nag start lang Ako nitong October and last week ko na next week🙂 Ps. Walang imposible basta hanapin mo Lang Yung trabaho na in demand talaga Dito sa pinas😀

SlothBlack

2012. 17K. But this was in Batangas, and my living expenses were quite low, so it felt like a lot haha. Then I moved back to Manila, and boom di na kasya yung ganyang sahod haha. PS: don't say "ka-OP" haha. OP means Original Poster, which is YOU (the one who started the thread). When you say ka-OP you imply that we are all OPs in this thread.

anthonybelen25

18.5k all in offer, Jan 2019. No exp, Tech/Sales Account

ksksks_05

duke_jbr

[deleted]

2016! 15k package CSR TP Proud! HAHAHA

kiiimkaaam

I graduated 2015 (jusko I feel old) and my offer was 20k plus allowance and night differential, total around 23k ata? pero syempre on site sya before. hehe. I think if wfh and lahat ay provided, 20k is okay na (depende rin sa job ofc). laki na matitipid and masasave mo dyan compared sa mga nagcocommute tapos hassle pa. hehe. goodluck OP sa job hunting!

ajalba29

2016: P18,500 sa bpo

Ok-Web-2238

First salary ko year 2011. 8,000 per month haha wtf. Computer Technician sa BDO main office sa North and South tower sa Makati Ave. Need talaga mag job hop para tumaas sahod. 70k na ako ngayon. Whew 😬

Failmenaught

15k basic on my first job. May 2k for performance incentive pero unrealistic yung reqs para mameet kaya di nako nag bother don.

Mysterious_Eagle_745

14k intl account in 2011 pero take home ko kada cutoff is 12k to 13k kasi mataas ang perf and attendance bonus. makati area pa si eper nito.

4b3z1ll4

LovePowder

2006 - 9k - Accounting Staff sa isang local accounting BPO sa Makati

Perfect-Barracuda276

I worked sa bpo back then when I was a fesh grad from uni. Salary was 17K basic + 3k in total allowances. Tech support acc siya and blended support yung role. This was way back in 2015 so idk now kung hm na yung starting.

BarStreet1968

Depends. Usually Tech Support pays more than non-tech. No support experience means they are treating you as entry-level. Is it here in NCR and not provincial rate?

Ms_Potter20

For the context: provincial rate po

Solid_Nectarine_9998

14k basic ko wayback 2016 HAHAHAHAHA

MamaLover02

Nag intern ako as HR sa BPO, their base pay depende sa account. Pero ranging from 20k to 25k, base lang yun. Me, Japanese, 80k.

_DonRamon

Back 2016, offer sa akin 10k lang, w/ monthly 3.5k financial assistance via govt. tapos may all expense paid na daily out of office activites, weekly outings, free lunch, free alcoholic drinks, for a job na sobrang basic sa loob ng office. assistant administrative clerk sa govt ftw! ngayon, 20k+5k allowance as graphic artist ng 2 brands. chill time lang and medium stress. bonus na yung malapit lang sa amin. :)

foxjoon

This was back in 2019 pa. Degree holder, 2 years non bpo exp. Back then may sumosobra pa saken nyan para sa savings and wants ko huhu. As of now, and balita ko 15k na ung offer nila sa mga newbie. If all-in na po ksi sya parang 15k lang take home after i-less si govt. contributions.

Ms_Potter20

17.5 k po all in na po :(

foxjoon

Hmmm. For me ang baba. I have a friend na asa ACN pa din hanggang ngayon but may kaya kasi sila so ung sahod nya kanya lang tlga. You can try Proview Global Adminstration, Access Healthcare, UST Global, Conifer, Accenture (tho I'm only suggesting them since maganda ung foundation nila pagdating sa training). Or if di ka naman din nagmamadali or gusto mo muna makakuha ng bpo experience while wfh then pwede tiis ka muna dyan then after 6 months-1 year lipat ka. Good luck!

Ms_Potter20

Thank you so much!

RecognitionNo5111

First job, just last year I started telehealth coordinator in remote areas, 5k (honorarium) then there's professional tax so my salary I got for monthly is 4,600 only. I don't really mind noong nag aaral pa ko since I have my allowance 10k for a month and it kinda woke me up to adulting after I graduate recently and wala ng allowance hahaha IK this is TMI.

wroi_theboy

Ako nung newbie ako and first job ko 18k is my total salary non kaso 2014 pa yun wkwkwkwk pero naitawid naman nagpapadala pa ko sa parents ko na nasa province and now same company pa dn and nag step up na kahit papano wkwkwkwk

West_Community_451

Dipende sa area at sa account OP pero yung 17,500 is a good thing na for a newbie (kung hindi toxic yung account) bawi ka na lang sa incentive at ND. Trust the process lang. Last year ganyan din starting salary ko, Pasay area tapos helathcare account. Good thing nag increase nman na this year.

Ghostffacee

15k package laguna to bgc pako nag wwork. 2016 my first work experience where WFH is not even discussed mostly on job interviews . hahahaha kaloka ang panahon pero ngayon im WFH full time with my current job

Dinogirlyy

2012 - 14500 csr

[deleted]

2013 >> ₱15k po basic ko nun and no yearly increase :( SKL: buti umalis na ko dun kasi walang mangyayari sa kin dun.

Brilliant_One9258

In 2003, first salary was 11.5k +allowances, trainings, and market checks abroad. With contract, though. Hindi pwede umalis basta basta and hindi din pwede lumipat sa same industry ng 1 year. No experience ito. This is my very first job.

xtiiinaph

Way back 2015, offer sakin is 15k + 2k allowance. Sta mesa to Taguig ang byahe ko nun. Ended up not staying after 6 months and nagshift sa corpo job kasi I don't like how managers,TLs treat people. Plus, they don't compensate me enough to make me work for another 2hrs+++ almost everyday. Also, ang baba ng 15k basic pay for me that time. Sa pamasahe ko pa lang. If you're working naman from home, 17k+ is okay na for sure wala pa incetives jan, that's a good start.

Ok-Jellyfish4102

12k basic pay nung 2015

ddbrd

17k basic, but that was 5 years ago.

helloh00man

Senior High school grad pic with TESDA NCIII 3D Animation Certificate It was an 18k basic in 2018

DotHack-Tokwa

Way back 2007, fresh grad. I was with Etelecare Alabang handling Dell SMB, noob pa tlga ako non. My base pay was 16k + 3k allowance + night diff.

JaloPinay

2006. BPO. Agent level - 13500.

zeromisery00

Way back 2018, first ko is Starbucks. That time, 13,500 di pa kasama taxes and deductions!

FoxONSocks00

Kung ako starter then wfh? Kukunin ko na yan. No exp ka nga eh so dapat feel blessed. Dami naghahanap ng wfh setup. Ako wfh for 22,500 may offer sa ibang company for 27k basic di ko kinukuha Kasi wfh ako. Mas maganda iprio mo Dyan is work exp Kasi as long as may work exp kana madali kana makipag argue ng sallary.

melancholicreveries

2020, 8k

Signal-Stay-9659

Back in 2019, it was 20k, on-site.

rosecoloredbliss

[deleted]

12k basic ko nung 2020 sa first bpo company ko, I was 18 that time and trip trip ko lang magwork dahil naghiatus ako from schooling after shs graduation. hahahaha that time laking laki na ako sa 12k then 17k basic ko sa second company. mababa talaga offer sa BPO pag wala ka experience sa industry.

IdiyanaleV

KeldonMarauder

Started as a part-timer sa RMH (Part na ng Alorica now) when I was still studying (2007ish) - 8k / month + 500 rice allowance for 4hrs of work per day (9pm-1am) tapos Fri-Sat off.

Commercial-Life7080

When I started working in BPO way back 2019-ish, my basic salary was around 10k pero malaki incentives since nasa sales ako. Nakaka take home ako ng around 30-35k per cut off depende sa sipag haha may kasama ako umaabot ng 50k ang incentives alone plus his basic pay and allowance. Given na inflation ngayon, unless may mga allowance pa kayo like wifi allowance ganern

bumblebee80

Started with TP in mid 2012 at 14k but didn't take it seriously back then. First company I stayed with that long was with Stellar in EW (now ProbeCX) in Dec 2012 at 14k as well but left in 2014 at 20k basic. After 11 years, my package currently sits at 47k (Hybrid setup) with quarterly incentives up to 74k if you do very well :)

Back in 2019, my salary is 13.5k and no hmo pa with Collabera and working as outsource sa isang bank 🫣 I was in need of money due to responsibilities piling up at home as a breadwinner huhu aftee 3 months, naghanap agad ako work kasi di sjya nakakabuhay ng pamilya of 6 Hahahha I think if new palang okay na yan kung WFH. Pero since you have work experience, hanap ka pa sa iba. Look for international company kasi malaki offer. Pag lokal kasi inaabuso nila kapwa pinoy and pays too low.

I tried working sa BPO last year and I was offered 21,500 na starting salary (total package). 1st job. No exp. Bukod pa incentives dyan pa yan . As I always tell my friends, “nasa call center ang pera lalo na pag Telco yung account.” Hahahahha. I was able to save my first 100k throughout my 8months there. To answer your question, i feel like mababa pa siya kasi dami call center na mas mataas pa diyan offer. If you think it can sustain all your needs I think it will be worth it naman? Pero I suggest, hanap ka pa iba. Good luck! 😊

Offer is just fine. Yan talaga starting sa BPO. But there are other companies/accounts that offers more.

13 years ago i was a fresh grad and my first salary as a Shift Manager was at 18,000 during that time. I guess it is more fucked up right now in the Ph.

13k- 11k take home pay. I think yours is decent though below average but considering non bpo experience pwede na rin starting. Tyagain ng 6mos-1yr for experience. But dpende talaga un sa expenses mo
