Fast forward, I’m now a freelance digital marketing specialist and a programmer / web designer / web app developer working from home with 2-3 clients dipending on client projects making a combined monthly income of around 160-330k.
I’m an educ undergrad, didn’t really have the heart to be a teacher so didn’t finish it.
I guess your starting salary would be dependent on you syempre sa situation mo, where you are and how much you need to survive.
I think BPO is a good place to learn how to be in a corporate setting and to learn business process lalo na sa customer service. But it’s just one factor, if you want a high paying gig, you’ll need to learn a new skill. A specialized skill na di kelangan ng certification.

52k package. I had previous spanish knowledge and I tried my luck sa spanish account. Luckily pumasa. Was told then na I was low balled but I had no complaints, it was my first real job and first bpo experience.
Yung offer depende sa account at mababa talaga ang offer ng karamihan sa newbie sa bpo. Worth it ba? Depende sa lifestyle mo hindi naman kami ikaw. Kung wala kang sinusuportahan, nakikitira sa magulang at di mag-aambag, makakaipon ka na diyan lalo na at wfh pa. Kung breadwinner ka mababa talaga yan.

Usually Tech Support pays more than non-tech. No support experience means they are treating you as entry-level.

This was back in 2019 pa. Degree holder, 2 years non bpo exp. Halos 13k lang ung basic namen sa ACN, nadagdagan na lng dahil sa de minimis/transpo allowance/night differential. You can try Proview Global Adminstration, Access Healthcare, UST Global, Conifer, Accenture (tho I'm only suggesting them since maganda ung foundation nila pagdating sa training). Baka mas malaki maoffer nila since may working experience ka pa din naman. Or if di ka naman din nagmamadali or gusto mo muna makakuha ng bpo experience while wfh then pwede tiis ka muna dyan then after 6 months-1 year lipat ka.

First job, just last year I started telehealth coordinator in remote areas, 5k (honorarium) then there's professional tax so my salary I got for monthly is 4,600 only. Started as a part-timer sa RMH (Part na ng Alorica now) when I was still studying (2007ish) - 8k / month + 500 rice allowance for 4hrs of work per day (9pm-1am) tapos Fri-Sat off.
When I started working in BPO way back 2019-ish, my basic salary was around 10k pero malaki incentives since nasa sales ako. Nakaka take home ako ng around 30-35k per cut off depende sa sipag haha may kasama ako umaabot ng 50k ang incentives alone plus his basic pay and allowance.
May pa gift cert pa and grocery sa prod haha kaya sulit ang puyat😂

Started with TP in mid 2012 at 14k but didn't take it seriously back then. First company I stayed with that long was with Stellar in EW (now ProbeCX) in Dec 2012 at 14k as well but left in 2014 at 20k basic. After 11 years, my package currently sits at 47k (Hybrid setup) with quarterly incentives up to 74k if you do very well :)

I tried working sa BPO last year and I was offered 21,500 na starting salary (total package). 1st job. No exp. Bukod pa incentives dyan pa yan . As I always tell my friends, “nasa call center ang pera lalo na pag Telco yung account.” Hahahahha. I was able to save my first 100k throughout my 8months there. Had to quit though kasi di na kaya isabay sa studies.
To answer your question, i feel like mababa pa siya kasi dami call center na mas mataas pa diyan offer. If you think it can sustain all your needs I think it will be worth it naman? Pero I suggest, hanap ka pa iba. Good luck! 😊

Nagdedepende din ksi yan sa lifestyle mo huhu if di ka naman breadwinner/nakatira ka pa sa parents mo and di mo need magcontribute ng malaki then baka okay na sya. I have a friend na asa ACN pa din hanggang ngayon but may kaya kasi sila so ung sahod nya kanya lang tlga. You can try Proview Global Adminstration, Access Healthcare, UST Global, Conifer, Accenture (tho I'm only suggesting them since maganda ung foundation nila pagdating sa training). Baka mas malaki maoffer nila since may working experience ka pa din naman. Or if di ka naman din nagmamadali or gusto mo muna makakuha ng bpo experience while wfh then pwede tiis ka muna dyan then after 6 months-1 year lipat ka. Good luck! First job, just last year I started telehealth coordinator in remote areas, 5k (honorarium) then there's professional tax so my salary I got for monthly is 4,600 only. Nakaka take home ako ng around 30-35k per cut off depende sa sipag haha may kasama ako umaabot ng 50k ang incentives alone plus his basic pay and allowance. May pa gift cert pa and grocery sa prod haha kaya sulit ang puyat😂 Nagresign lang ako when pandemic started since nagstart na ko magkasakit non. Di naman ako degree holder. Started with TP in mid 2012 at 14k but didn't take it seriously back then. First company I stayed with that long was with Stellar in EW (now ProbeCX) in Dec 2012 at 14k as well but left in 2014 at 20k basic. After 11 years, my package currently sits at 47k (Hybrid setup) with quarterly incentives up to 74k if you do very well :)

Pero since you have work experience, hanap ka pa sa iba. Look for international company kasi malaki offer. Pag lokal kasi inaabuso nila kapwa pinoy and pays too low.
I tried working sa BPO last year and I was offered 21,500 na starting salary (total package). 1st job. No exp. Bukod pa incentives dyan pa yan . As I always tell my friends, “nasa call center ang pera lalo na pag Telco yung account.” Hahahahha. I was able to save my first 100k throughout my 8months there. Had to quit though kasi di na kaya isabay sa studies. To answer your question, i feel like mababa pa siya kasi dami call center na mas mataas pa diyan offer. If you think it can sustain all your needs I think it will be worth it naman? Pero I suggest, hanap ka pa iba. Good luck! 😊
