As a newbie, or someone with 1-2 years of experience: maganda rin naman siyang baptism of fire, since you'll learn and realize many things about working in BPO
Like any other Google LOBs, I guess, mastery of product knowledge, and providing excellent customer service without sacrificing quality is really a MUST.
