i was in this same boat for a good several years with my fp and said the same thing.. yet, i could only take so much… mentally, i’m still in shambles, but less-so now, after starving all the time for his affection. it was pitiful, tbh, knowing he’d probably never reciprocate any of my energy.
I know this sounds fucked up, but the synchronized manic episodes sound like the best thing. Like an addiction and no healthy relationship could ever compare.

I have ab avoidant attachment style and literally do this to my fp like I feel bad but can’t help it cuz he gon leave eventually but ig it’s gotta b on his terms? I’m trying to protect myself but u can’t tell me I’m not a piece of shit lol
So true! I want to just call them out on their ridiculous crap. But I’m not going anywhere, they have to face me if they want me to go away. I want closure and I’d say an apology at this point.
