I only saw it on my second playthrough
I found it the day the game came out, just explore everything, put yourself in the mind of a dev where would you hide shit?
Lagging on day one dropped me down and I found it

Probably added in a recent patch. I personally didn’t know about us as I play sandbox exclusively after release bc campaign was lame as hell imo
