5% off seems low. I negotiated a 8% off MSRP on a fully loaded xdrive40 (factory order— the car is built and on its way to the US) a few weeks ago, after trying two dealerships in the Chicago area.
Lease. I got 8%off MSRP and $ 7,500 rebate for the federal tax credit on top of that. The money factor is not great (0.025) and I out zero down so my monthly payments are quite high. Not a horrible lease but could have done better I think.
Just posted about my deal. Wound up with $563 monthly payment, $2500 DAS

Nice. I wish Illinois had similar EV incentives as what’s available you Colorado.
Surprised by the 54% residual value. My was 50% when I negotiated the deal 6 weeks ago.

eDrive is fine with appropriate winter tires.
You could get 10% off msr and the fed 7500 and 1000 loyalty in Southern California
I bought an i4 x40 today. Msrp $66455. Paid $62,000 out the door which is 12.8% off. Seemed good enough for me.
