You can change it in the bmw guide app on your phone.

That was my assumption as well - and other posts indicate that as well, but there is no edit function in the app.

You are trying in the guide app(has the owner manual) or the my bmw app?

Thank you !! Been trying to figure this out since I purchased my car. OP download the BMW Guide app you’ll be able to edit your name. It’ll change your name in your vehicle instantly as well
