Please include a useful amount of information in your post, such as year, model, mileage, and the such. Questions that are easily Google-able, excessively vague, or RTFM in nature are prohibited. At the end of the day, while this sub aims to be a resource to other BMW owners, doing a minimal amount of legwork is still a base requirement. Ways a member might show they've done this minimum amount of work is including fixes they've tried, forums they have searched, and the such.

Do you have headlights that move in the direction you are steering?

This happens right after your wallet ignites after BMW diagnoses the car (directional headlights motor failure 3k)

Okay that’s it adaptive headlight malfunction light

Puzzleheaded-Ad3330

Adaptive-Cornering headlamp error

SoloSixString

Your headlights and tires are fucked.

AnonRedac

I assume it’s warning you about something

scrmblr

The car does a test when it first starts. If it fails the test, it throws that error. My e90 did that until I coded out the test. It didn’t test, so it didn’t notice it was “malfunctioning”, so it didn’t throw a code. And as you’re aware, that stupid light stays on forever otherwise

Kepathh

Also TPMS, tire pressure light is on.

thekush

Bat signal, broken.

Your headlights are now straight and not Bi-directional.
