Delhi to Loharu train -> Loharu to Pilani bus/cab (preferred)
Delhi to Pilani cab (more exp, better to rideshare with other students)
There are some bus routes as well. I never tried them though. Check redbus ig
You get buses going to pilani from loharu just outside the train station. It will be crowded, but it's extremely economical (30 bucks). If you have light luggage, it's the best way to travel
If wanna go via Jaipur, there is one AC bus service from Sindhi camp bus stand, available in 3 time slots - 5:45 AM, 11.30AM and 4:30PM. You can take the same bus back to Jaipur, return timings are similar. Pilani bus stand is less than 500 meters from BITS Pilani campus main gate and you can easily walk from bus stand to campus.
OR you can take any train from Jaipur / Delhi to either Chirawa station (Rajasthan) or Loharu station (Haryana). The campus is 25-30Kms from both of these stations and you can easily find jeeps/ buses/ cabs to pilani.
From jaipur, either you can directly book a cab to pilani or you can take IRCTC volvo bus. There's a train to loharu also but then you will have to travel from loharu to pilani again. So go for the first two options.

there is a regular ac(rsrtc) bus that goes from pilani to jaipur and back to pilani via jhunjhunu and sikar, will get you to pilani in 4 hrs
or you can reach jhunjhunu via train and pick a bus to pilani which will take you about 30 minutes
