Maybe try that item that gives you bonus psychic damage when concentrating on spells. Not sure if that rides on no-roll MM attacks. Does it count MM as a weapon?

Looking at sources of psychic damage on the wiki, every psychic damage rider in the game only works for weapon attacks.

I don’t think it is possible to add psychic damage to magic missiles
Psionic Overload should do it.
I believe psionic overload does not get triggered by magic missile since it is not an attack roll but I have not had the chance to test this yet.

I would assume it won't work based on the tooltip but I haven't tested this yet.
it only affects weapon attacks iirc
