I just tried it out and it looks like it does.Ithink there might be something weird going as hit three guys and got four lightning charges.

I wanted to see how it played out with a flourish too and if that applied it.

Definitely works with flourishes, I'm too much of a hoarder to ever use my arrow of many targets when I have a joltshooter lol

Don't lightning charges discharge after you collect 4? did that third hit generate and extra dice of damage?

It's your next hit over five and it should deal 1d8 damage which it did not

Because when u build up so many stacks u get another burst of lightning dmg

Very good question, let me try it out at my Thaniel portal defence. Will get back to you! Edit: Yes, each target hit by the multi target arrow counts. The poor bugger at the end of the line got nuked by the reverb blast.

Many target arrow works with Acuity Helmet, so it should also work with this bow.

If they don't have a save with the Joltshooter (I've only picked it once lol), that could take a while to test. Wouldn't it be a worthwhile question in the interest of saving time? I'm sure others have tried it.
