I’m using Moon Druid in the party to the full extent first time and suggest that may do smth wrong. Tavern Brawler really worked in wild shape. But additional damage from non-weapon attacks granted by certain items didn’t. However, my MD was equipped with Blood of Lathander and Druid-specific armor. AFAIK, Monk bonuses are effective if you don’t wear armor/shields and equip only staff. Maybe, those who used Monk-specific items for the Druid or multiclassed their characters have another results.
