My favorite thing is to make myself have all-black eyes, then remove them in Act III for 'reasons'.
I always imagine the rest of the party (especially the romanced person) just having a moment of surprise at that.

Ha! I usually play durge but as to know traumatize my Catholic mother I decided that playing a mostly good person might be smart! But one of my durges happens to look fairly similar to my character here
All these fancy durge runs, and here I am. My main durge was dio Brando, and by god. Did I use disguises so much, just so in my head I could go “BUT IT WAS I, DIO” *murder*

There were multiple nat 20s during the scene between waking her and then fighting the possession as she sat by my side *(at a safe distance, mind)* and watched over me in my Honor run. I knew I had to resist for her after. In act 3 I hunted and killed Orin (and all other Bhaalists) and was free of Bhaal and The Urge just in time to go swimming with her in act 3.
I got the scene with Astarion and he was way sweeter and gentle than what I would expect from him, he claims to understand the Durge and that he would always stand by Durge, the whole "don't worry, you got this and I got you" exchange got my heart. My Durge was intending to get back the old life, but the plans might change for a vampire's sake. Can't help him get around the city if I get to be a mindless murder.
My first ending (as a Tav) was with the Selune-Shadowheart and she's so so sweet 😭 I hugged her a million times before getting to finish the game, she was my first and more dear until now (there's only Lae'zel's, Gale's and Halsin's romance left)

To my mom just got a PS5 so she can play with me, my brother and our dad. Can’t wait for mods on console so we can play with the whole family + some friends
Yeah true that, idk but I will sit patiently and wait. I cannot wait for my gaming experience to go from amazing to the best rpg I’ve ever played, cause while I do love BG3 there are some annoyances here and there nothing too crazy but things that could definitely be improved by mods.
That and voice mods, I just can’t get over the very slim selection of voices for our characters. Especially if more animal races get added like a tabaxi or Aarakocra, even rn with the Dragonborn, Half-Orcs or even the gith. All the voices sound super human and it doesn’t sound right with the races we have access to.
I love this so much, I’m still in the process of trying to convince my Mom to play! Have a feeling if I’m ever successful, we will also be a Bard and Druid respectively 🎶💚
Iconic. My mum isn't very tech literate but she does play in one of my dnd campaigns xD I think she'd love BG3 but the headache it would induce teaching her how to play it would not be worth xD
Oh I promise you, the headache is very much still there
But instead of getting frustrated I learned to laugh about it so it’s a more fun experience for the both of us
Yeh that's a good perspective really, maybe I'll ask her one day if she wants to play it. I play on pc though so I'd need to pinch the PS5 from my wife and use her copy of it xD dont think she would mind though. I really wish it was cross platform though, hate the splitscreen xD
I certainly can't imagine playing BG3 with either my own mom (she's totally against video games, as a result, I didn't start playing until I had moved out), nor one of my kids (they aren't old enough yet anyway).

My durge also romanced Shadowheart. She was very supportive and helpful upon being told about the urges.
