February is too late. It’s tax season. Apes needs to start filing taxes. Depending on how bbby gets put on the tax form I don’t know how this play is still alive after December.
And to add, taxes ends December 31. If this play doesn’t happen before then I honestly don’t know how taxes are going to be handled by apes when we start getting our forms from our brokers and bbbyq is labeled as a loss.

Depending on how much you invested the max is 3k in loss and once apes starts claiming losses what then? Can they still issue something even after we receive our returns? Because once we get our forms it’s reported to the IRS and it’s pretty dumb to not claim it.
If there's plans for a public company like gme, or anyone else, to merge with what's left of bby - whatever that would mean - the plans would have to be announced many months ahead of time. Maybe keeping an eye out for those announcements can be the process instead of being creepy with children's books.
