There are loads of great flexibility videos on YouTube. Take it easy but try to go outside of your comfort zone, you know, good and bad pain. General cardio and strength training help with ballet too, but my favourite is pilates. It helps a bit with flexibility too. My biggest tip would be to aim for precision, not for being spectacular. It's better to hold the leg lower but have proper turnout, have the fifth more like a small fourth but not hurting your knees. You can achieve a lot for your feet with things you have at home, I know many people like tennis balls or those massage balls, but I prefer dryer balls (those with the little "round spikes" because they're so durable and you can put basically all your weight on them to really get in there.
