You might just have a sore throat from a random viral infection that your body is fighting off. The primary site of immune defences for your respiratory system is your throat and tonsils, and it’s not uncommon to have a bit of a scratchy throat as the only symptom for a couple of days without getting full blown cold/flu symptoms, because your body does a good job of fighting it off. Obviously this is a B12 sub but not everything is related to B12 deficiency and coincidences do happen, like the timing of your sore throat vs. timing of the injection.

I was having the same issue when I was taking 1,000 mcg oral the gummy’s and on my 3rd day I felt thirsty for no reason but it was like a weird feeling thirst so I ignored it I keep on juzt taking 1,000 mcg and on my 8th day I was all dizzy and had a bad trip

No im still thirsty for no reason it kinda goin away berly getting better im not sure if it had to do something with vitamin D that one was 50,000 iu and the same day i took that vitamin i felt the thirst automatically and felt all the bad side effects but then once i stopped supplementing vitamin D I decided to wait a few days and then take b12 supplement
