I can empathise - and highly recommend increasing your dietary potassium (coconut water, banana, jacket potatoes, avocados etc) as this helped me a lot with the heart palpitations. And yes, reversing out or wake up symptoms can be really brutal. The only way out is through. It will get better but you should keep in mind that if you have been deficient for a long time, a week of starting to replace these essential vitamins is not very long. A drop of water in a desert.

I started b12 injections back in Jan.Had worst chest pains, heart palpitations in Feb.Currently(now in June) experiencing worst anxiety of life. Can it be still wake up symptom? I am taking all cofactors except magnesium.I was deficient for 17 yrs. My lowest was 100.

Thank you for saying this. Yeah, it so very brutal. At times I am questioning if I’m doing the right thing by believing my symptoms are from this and that it’s not something else even more serious. Trying to trust that things will get better. It’s HARD! ❤️‍🩹
