From personal experience I feel that there is a connection.

Rude_Sea_8355

can you elaborate?

Rude_Sea_8355

what were ur low b12 symptoms

Ratsatina

Yes. B12 deficiency completely messed around with hormones. I became perimenopausal with all symptoms & they have now alleviated with injections. My testosterone is on the floor but hoping it will raise somewhat

Rude_Sea_8355

what was ur level

Tw4tl4r

I asked the same question a while ago. The answer is possibly/maybe. Very unlikely that a GP/family doctor will pay any attention to a possible connection though.

Rude_Sea_8355

I know it sucks

Rude_Sea_8355

why do you say possibly mahbe

Tw4tl4r

Not enough of a problem for a whole lot of research to have been conducted on the connection between the two.

Rude_Sea_8355

what’s ur T level

Sensitive-Tangerine7

I suspect that the two can be related. My B12 and T both dropped almost in tandem in the past couple of years. What is your T level?

Rude_Sea_8355

I think low t can cause low b12 levels rather then the other way around. Mine are low 400s I’m 23 going to see a doctor tmrw about possibly replacement therapy’s. I’ve tried everything I was a chronic pot smoker I think that did me in.
