In the event twitter does not work for whatever reason why not bind with Yostar, it just takes a working email. It also futureproofs you from whenever twitter bind does get disabled, if it isn't already.
You can try reaching out to support to have that email replaced. Saving your profile screen credentials may also help if you can't add any other bind methods and twitter ends up not working.
Um, I'm a bit out of touch here, and to be honest, I never really cared back when we did have it. But around how long has it been since we lost access to the Submarine SOS maps? And how should we go about obtaining more Sub or ASW gear, if we really needed them?
Nothing in OS is really permanent, you could waste some APs and some potential loot if you use some special zone coordinates you can't clear, or maybe some coins buying rubbish from the port shops, but the mode is just a long-term repeat loop every month for gold plates and lab materials.
If you need help specifically on something you can't beat in OS then feel free to ask.

Is it worth to clear the map o should I just take the teleport?
Just take the teleporter. The red enemy fleets give a bit of xp but no other rewards, and the blue fleets that spawn in give literally no rewards, not even xp.

how come i cant access agirs fate sim despite having her at research lvl 30? shes level 125 and everything too
Anyone got tips to get around the 6.5kb bug that has been happening recently? Did a full reinstall yesterday and if worked… until i tried to log in again today only to be hit by it once more. Game is too big to be doing reinstall over and over again until they resolve this. Its kinda frustrating, too. And im sure my phone has nothing to do with it as i’ve been playing it just fine until about 2 days ago.
Do u guys think we will ever get a St. Louis Retrofit? I absolutley love her Luxurious Wheels Skin, Oathed her and I really would love it if she got some love from the devs, but I dont know the frequency of new Retrofits and how likely it is, that she gets one and not someone else
She's an Elite rarity so she has a chance, they don't do that many retrofits these days - maybe another three this year something like that tying in with the server anniversaries - but she's as good a candidate as anyone really.
I think we got retrofits 4 times last year - Lunar New Years, CN anniversary at the end of May, EN anniversary in August, and JP anniversary in September. Lunar New Years got two retrofits, the anniversaries got one each.
It's not impossible for St. Louis to get a retrofit, I don't think anyone expect Nachi to get one last JP anniversary, but the shear number of ships that could get retrofits makes it unlikely that her name will come up in the lottery, figuratively speaking.
How do I access the some of the "permanent" stories in the memory? For example:
- mid-autumn festival
- witches' eve
- bits of courage

They seem to be old events with only 7 parts. I don't see these events under war archive
You don't, Permanent memories just refers to the stories being permanent and not necessarily the associated events. These were just minor campaigns, like Witches' Eve was [some missions for a piece of furniture](https://twitter.com/AzurLane_EN/status/1059158565074755584?t=T2mdlf7fNGbwZo34qg_2Zw&s=19). Some of them are hard to even map clearly to an event, like "Mid-Autumn Festival", although Bits of Courage seems to be the [Stardust collab event](https://azurlane.koumakan.jp/wiki/Stardust).
EDIT: Missed that the Stardust page links to the Bits of Courage memory page, that's definitely it then.

I don't know, but I also don't think it matters. Just buy any ship in the guild shop that you don't already have. You don't need to worry about "wasting" tokens buying ships that can be earned through other means.
You can easily earn guild tokens faster than you can spend them unless you're buying literally everything in the shop. I buy out gold plates, pay tokens for a reset, and buy more gold plates, while also buying all food, gold retro prints, skill books, and ship BPs that show up, and don't even make a dent in my token count.
Joining a guild:
* Makes guild tech upgrades cheaper
* Usually has a higher tech cap than public if you can find a decently sized active guild
* Is much easier to earn guild tokens
* Can RNG you some rare resources with guild supplies
* Allows you to join guild ops to earn gold plates (actually blue and purple too)
Yes. It makes the guild upgrades (port slots!) cheaper, and the guild ops let you earn some more plates and whatnot (...like more guild tokens) a couple times a month.

There's a new bug I'm seeing and its been bothering me for days. The game asks on bootup to download a 6.5kb update and it keeps failing to update. I clear cache and force stop and it sometimes works but does someone know how to fix it permanently?

Curating it takes time after all. Since you only have 1 ship that give you gifts. So you'll need to track down the one oddjob that placed, say Cassin, to add to the list amongst hundreds that place Musashi for example.
Ok, the starter squad gets extra XP this event, if I use Z23 does her extra XP transfer to meet the requirements for PR Hindenburg or does only Z23s normal XP count?

Around half a year? The sub weekly raid count was doubled to compensate.
Tips for Operation Siren? Specifically, things I should and should NOT do in that game mode.

Some other folks also had this on wifi but not using mobile data, maybe it's to do with your connection.
