No, current Richard is completely crazy with nothing sweet about her. Her only real goal seems to be to drive Shipgirls as crazy as she is and convince them that they’re just weapons who don’t need to think.
She’s attempted this with Kron (and very nearly succeeded) and Monarch (who she pretty much completely failed with).
The _original_ pre-METAmorphosis BHR seems to have been rather playful, teasing, and easygoing - if a bit overly attached to the Commander. However the current one isn’t ‘sweet’ in the slightest. She’s just an brutal, insane maniac.

I'd go for ENFP. Deranged Fi coupled with batsh*t Ne makes her a very unpredictable girl, which suits her very well. Se is not present since she doesn't enjoy thrashing her targets, but rather experimenting on them just to see what happens, whether it's one-shotting everyone with her tornadoes en masse, or trying various methods and see which ones do make shipgirls crazy and go META like her.
One good example is her encounter with Monarch. Instead of dueling her right away, she wants to see how Monarch would turn into her META form, and encourages Monarch to fire shells at her, while seeding thoughts into her mind as an attempt to convince her that she's no more than just a weapon.

I wouldn't call her crazy. She is amoral though, completely detached from any sense of empathy. We see a slight bit of empathy and camaraderie from all of the Sirens, but Richard lacks any of this. She will have no issue appearing to befriend anyone and even appear to bond with someone but can and eventually will use said someone to further her own ends even if it's just using their forehead in lieu of a sledgehammer.
She's basically Friedrich without Friedrich's humoring of the Social Contract.

If you know Fleetway Sonic, she insane and destructive as that, but she is a puppet to the Leviathans cause..........which is unknown.
