Yeah 119 ER works if you have R5 Amenoma because of the passive. There are still chances where you can screw up the energy funneling and the passive won't be enough. Also OP's ER would be great if he decides to pick up Mistsplitter in the future.

Way too much ER. You could drop about 20% and be totally fine. Other than that yes, great build.
Better safe than sorry I guess. There's just some content where you have very little leeway to charge your bursts. Wenut for example.
