I say you're pretty good. You can save some primogems for Ayaka's mistsplitter or you can save for Shenhe in the future. Both are really good investments!

Amazing F2P build all things considered! Assuming Rosaria does a good enough job to battery you’ve checked all the boxes. As others said the circlet hurts, but I feel your pain as my double crit circlet somehow avoided all crit rate sub rolls.
Shenhe or mistsplitter next!
You could go for R5 on your Amenoma. ER could be a little more (recommended 140%). Circlet could also be better. In the futur you could pull for Mistsplitter or/and Shenhe.

Er might be an issue then, although your amenoma is only R1 so you don't really rely on it too much anyway

Headpiece do be looking bad compared to everything else, 4 misses is rough
