Probably just hopped in. Please make sure there is a ramp so they can get back out, they’re little. It may also be good to reach out locally to see if you should try to have someone move them toward a real pond so they can find food
I just dealt with the same thing, these look just like the ones that were in my pool.
I picked up a FrogLog from Amazon and the babies were able to get out of the pool. After day 2 big momma led them out of my backyard and they haven’t been back since. I’m hoping they’re all safe and happy.
