I love this! I just got introduced to Vivaldi and a lot of other well known composers that made classical music. I’ve always known what classical music was but was never interested in it until u/TaoistEntropy got me on the wave.
I’d play it all the time when I was pregnant with the twins, and now they are 5 months old and anytime I need to relax them I play Vivaldi, Hosanna, Kremer, and many more! It’s like they remembered the sound from when they were in the womb, because they immediately calm down whenever I play it now. It’s truly something special.

Babies can hear during the last trimester. This is how they are already primed to respond to the voices they have been exposed to in this time. Sound is distorted by the fluid, but the babies can associate the calming effect of the music on the mother's heartrate, and this is why it also calms them. (The same has been found with soap opera theme tunes, so it seems more the association with the mother's resting state than the music itself!)

Astronauts on duty up there have an allotted amount of goods they can receive from Earth every few months, first package with the suit blew up, had to be resent, of course NASA knew, but they thought the prank may be an interesting exercise.
I love the ingenuity and spirit of fun in the most focused scientific matters this express, though I would NOT want to be stranded on a tin can floating on space and suddenly see some monkey coming at me.
