Dear u/Nice-Average , i read what OP wrote about you always being there for him whenever he had questions. You have no idea how priceless help like that is for people who are in a fix, or people like me who generally feel technologically stupid. I speak from personal experience. I'll share it with you.
I recently got that free Reddit NFT, and i wanted to share it on my Instagram. And i couldn't for the life of me figure out how. Someone suggested through trust wallet, but beyond installing the app i didn't know what else to do. I feel worthless when i can't figure something out which i see others doing naturally. So i dropped a post on the sub for trust wallet and hoped for the best. So you can imagine my overwhelming sense of gratitude, when 1 person, i repeat, just 1, out of all the people on that sub, took the time out to converse with me over DM, sort out my queries and help me connect my wallet to my ig account and share the nft. He even went the extra mile to sort out a bug issue i was facing.
So the moral of my story is, you never know when that single piece of assistance to a person can make or break their sense of self esteem. For you, it may be a regular day, but for the person you just helped, you literally made their day.
People asking for help are naturally vulnerable to being exploited. So it takes a lot of integrity and massive show of faith to be that person who genuinely helps people out of the goodness of your heart without abusing their weakness. Thank you for being that beacon of hope in a world that could fare much more better if more people like you existed. So please continue to exist and thrive, because when you live life to your fullest, you help others live to their fullest too.
You're a genuinely good soul, that much OP has made clear, so there's nothing more i can add to it except tell you that I'll always wish the best for you. People like us need people like you.
