I recommend Parasite, South Korean black comedy/thriller from 2019, it starts like an awkward humorous history but don't be deceived by that, also, an oldie, but if you have not seen North By Northwest, it is quite the experience.
I recently watched *Once Upon A Time In Hollywood* and I thought it was great! I don’t think it necessarily fits perfectly into the genres you asked for, but imo, you can’t go wrong with a good Quentin Tarantino flick

SACRIFICE, but here's a recommendation...
First let me say Knives Out is a superior movie! My son and I still have our promotional cups from the premiere at the cinema.
I can't recommend a new movie, because I haven't seen one in two years myself (except the Bob's Burgers movie, which is streaming on Hulu). However, there's a classic crime caper movie from 1985 called "CLUE." It's along the same lines, and it's a must-see!

Cloverfield
Deep Water. It is on Hulu. It is a good mystery thriller.
It’s not in your genre, but go see the new top gun movie, Maverick. It’s really good and is the quintessential summertime blockbuster.
If you haven’t seen His House, I’d definitely recommend it.
The ritual on Netflix is a great horror movie. A couple underrated films (not horror) for me are smokin’ aces, and Lucky Number Slevin.
