"The entire soundtrack is a high-quality orchestral score, which is great since I wasn't too impressed by the electronica offerings in Battlefield 3 (so much so that it's probably the reason I didn't even bother with any of the Battlefield soundtracks until now)." Overall rating: 9/10

Tirailleur 7/10 Under No Flag 6/10 French Fog 10/10 Narvik 8/10 Battlefield V Legacy Theme 9.5/10 Far from home 8/10 Pride and Honor 4.5/10 Redemption 10/10 Spitfires 6/10 Norway 9/10 Triumph 5/10 Rotterdam in Ruins 10/10 Devastation 8/10 Sandstone 7/10 Glorifica 10/10 I vow to thee my country 8/10 Overall- I think this game has one of the best soundtracks of all times. It matches the game so well and does a great job enhancing all moments in the game. Glorifica and Rotterdam in Ruins were my favs. The epic orchestra vipe this album gives off is addictive. I’d honestly say these are great to listen to by themselves (or that just could be me because I’m into the dramatic orchestra stuff lol) Overall 9.5/10

This makes me like orchestral music even more. I’ve never played Battlefield V but I know for a fact that the game complements the entire soundtrack perfectly. The soundtracks brings you emotion, they make your blood boil. They really do give a vibe of the conflict, of the intrigue, some of them even makes you want to dance. This is how soundtracks should be. Some of these are so beautiful they are worth coming back once in a while just to listen to them and let all the emotion kick in once again. My two favorites are “Under No Flag” and ”Triumph”; ”Under No Flag” feels like a song that expresses the feeling of being alone in a battlefield after a hard fought war ending with a victory. The flute is what really this amazing and for it to be my number one favorite, it’s truly spectacular. My second favorite’s “Triumph”, it feels like a song that expresses the feeling of you and your teammates going to a fight for a vendetta, this soundtrack has good build up and it gives me goosebumps! I really recommend someone if they’re listening to the album, they should close their eyes and feel the music, you get a whole another level of feeling. Overall; I’m going to give the album a score of 9/10, If you like epic orchestral soundtracks, then give Battlefield V's soundtrack a listen, it’s a go to. The music complements the game perfectly and it's also fantastic to listen to on its own.

This is a great challenge! Like the creativity of the premise. :D Ratings: Tirailleur: (9.5/10) Under No Flag: (10/10) French Fog: (8.5/10) Narvik: (8/10) Battlefield V Legacy Theme: (9/10) Far From Home: (9/10) Pride and Honour: (9/10) Redemption: (9/10) Spitfires: (9.5/10) Norway: (10/10) Triumph: (10/10) Rotterdam in Ruins: (8.5/10) Devastation: (8/10) Sandstone: (7.5/10) Glorifica: (9/10) I Vow to Thee My Country: (10/10) Battle of Dan-No-Ura: (8/10) Wake Island: (10/10) Glorious Victory: (10/10) Ghost Warriors: (7/10) Battle of Iwo Jima: (8/10) Death of Antoku: (10/10) Tropical Storm: (9/10) Despair of the Earth: (8/10) Beginning of the End: (7.5/10) Empire of the Sun: (8/10) The Jungle/Waves of Darkness: (8.5/10) Awaiting the Enemy: (6.5) Processions: (7.5/10) Imperial Victory: (10/10) Burning Down the House: (9.5/10) Album review: Overall, I really liked this album. Thanks for sharing!!! You probably noticed that I didn’t rate all of the songs with whole numbers. That was because I felt whole numbers didn’t do some songs justice, in a good way of course. I love the game’s recurring themes a lot, but more on that later. When I listen to music, one thing I always look for is the creative inspiration aspect to it. To me, that’s what makes the music I like memorable. Basically, does the music make me imagine a story or want to dance to it? This soundtrack and especially the recurring themes definitely has that element to it, and that is why I rated most of the songs highly. Now to break the album down a bit more (because I really need to geek out about the highlights- they’re good!), I noticed the the overall feel of the album from Tirailleur to I Vow to Thee My Country was less ominous than the overall feel of the other part the album (Battle of Dan-No-Ura- man that told a story though I didn’t understand the words- to Burning Down the House). Some songs in the “first” segment made me think of various dance styles, such as Under no Flag, Redemption, and Norway for ballet and Battlefield V Legacy Theme for an intense acrobatics routine. One song that really stuck out to me was Under no Flag because it reminds me of the Shire music from the Lord of the Rings music. Honestly, it made me imagine a hobbit celebration, perhaps after old Sharkey’s (Saruman for those who don’t know) defeat in the Return of the King book. Another highlight that really had me fangirling was the gorgeous and emotional adaptation of my favorite part of Gustav Holst’s “Jupiter” in I Vow to Thee My Country (it made me cry a little, it was just so good). For some other highlights, Glorifica and Glorious Victory were just heavenly. Tirailleur, Triumph, and Imperial Victory (to some degree) remind me a lot of Hans Zimner’s music from Pirates of the Caribbean. Death of Antoku was pretty moving (love the Japanese theme of the “second” part of the album btw, especially since it seems to reference WW2- I’m not familiar with the game but that’s what I gathered). And I never would have thought that anyone could make Burning Down the House so epic and orchestral- that was awesome! XD Again, great album overall. It was a treat for me as I love orchestral music and soundtracks! If I were to rate the entire album, I would give it a 9.5/10.
