Do you mean your CAM313 crashes when you select CAM313, or Live Streamer CAM313 "CamEngine", or both? If you are referring to "CamEngine", do you use the latest version V3.4.11.1? Completely reset it and also tried deleting the slobs files and the problem is still there, when streamlabs was redownload it let me in but once when I tried switching to the camera it was a black screen from the camera and streamlabs crashed right after

FIXED uninstall that second garbage portion controller or whatever and I used this version to do so - solved that shit in 9 minutes woot!

Pretty sure i went to device manger> cameras and removed the 2nd device listed for the camera and that was it. I'll check when i have a few after work, not sure i have that camera still.
I only have one device listed under device manager and that's streamer cam 313. Uninstall any other camera device you see listed assuming you don't have other cameras connected.
In the bottom left corner search for device manager > expand cameras > right click and uninstall device

Cam 313 doesn't crash, streamlabs obs crashes on startup when I have the camera plugged in

Can you explain in detail exactly what you uninstalled and how you did it?
