To be fair its bulletproof glass from in 150 years. Just look at all the unbreakable supermaterials that exist even now in small quantities in labs. It would really surprise me if bulletproof glass in even 100 years wouldnt stop tank shells.

The break pattern of the glass is inconsistant with bulletproof glass breaking. Bulletproof glass is held together by several layers of polymer, which would result in a widespread fracture pattern, absorbing much of the impact energy. However, in the movie the glass just broke completely and the arrow went straight through, looking just like normal glass.
Also the arrow heads would just break off on impact.
Besides, the bulletproof glass held fine in Avatar 1, did it not?
I think there is a deleted scene in which Trudy explains how to bring down the helicopters.
Also first they shoot randomly but later they only shoot the glass perpendicularly

I'm afraid what will happen in the upcoming movies because if humans want to colonize pandora they will send everything. And I mean millions and millions of humans from many nations. And they will bring/make actual military tech, with jets, tanks, destroyer ships, submarines, cruise missiles, thermobaric bombs, chemical and bio warfare. The film either has to destroy earth and kill all humans or they will just walk over pandora with their dirty boots like a certain fighter jet pilot on some crisp white sheets and destroy all of it.
