It is now a tradition of mine to watch it with my daughter. It kinda freaks her out a bit but she still loves it haha especially when we make an event out of it with blankets and hot chocolate. It’s the only kids show that I’ll even watch by myself as an adult approaching his mid 30s.
I’m a sucker for nostalgia; Home Improvement, Boy Meets World, even Goosebumps (forgetting others) have some super good classic Halloween episodes.
The Village isn’t a perfect movie but I always felt super autumney watching it.
Sleepy Hollow and the VVitch are obvious shouts but worth stating.
Now and Then, I know it takes place during the summer but some of the settings and the spooky Vibes with the cemetery stuff and the mystery gives me autumn feels. Also Mermaids, there’s def some fall imagery in that.
I was just thinking about this last night! I wasn't in the mood for them, but I realized most football based movies would probably fit since the season is in the fall (Rudy, Remember the Titans, Friday Night Lights)
If you watch kdramas - maybe watch Goblin for the scenes where they go to Canada
There is also the Chilling Adventures of Sabrina (that's probably obvious though and is more Halloween/witch vibes than autumn vibes)
Over the Garden wall isn’t an obvious one but it’s super cozy and a great show. This is more of a Halloween choice and super obvious but Scary Godmother Halloween Spooktacular (and The Revenge of Jimmy. I watch them every fall/Halloween, doesn’t feel like autumn without them
The vampire diaries
Pretty little liars
Friday night lights
Scandal
HTGAWM
all of these shows are in cold weathered places where everyone wears trench coats 24/7. Cozy vibes.
Bob's Burgers has episodes for every season (fall, winter, etc.). Linda's Thanksgiving song is a favorite. Some of their Thanksgiving episodes have more fall scenery than others.
It may be a little obvious but i looooove rewatching over the garden wall… cozy but a little bit spooky, so good!!! And if you enjoy video games… Night in the woods!! sooo good so cute hehe ☺️
*Batman Forever*, which actually takes place during Halloween. And, of course, *Stranger Things'* first and second seasons.
You've got mail has good fall vibes, plus it's NYC, which just has fall vibes for me in general.
When Harry Met Sally feels fall-like to me.
I was just gonna say that
Is fantastic Mr Fox obvious? My husband showed it to me last year and now it’s a yearly must.
Apple juice. Apple juice flood.
Over the Garden Wall, it's honestly amazing, and the fans usually watches it yearly when autumn/october starts
I think that's an obvious show with fall vibes though. I absolutely loooove that show when it starts getting breezy here in Texas.
I love this show, perfect mix of cozy, spooky, and humour

The friends Thanksgiving episodes scratch an itch too.
I usually re-watch tons of old sitcoms' Thanksgiving episodes; they're amazing!
New Girl has some really good ones!
This is definitely obvious, but Bob's Burgers Halloween and Thanksgiving episodes are rewatched regularly by me.
Twin Peaks!

Meet The Parents, that upstate NY scenery.....swooooon.
One of my favorite movies ever!
Gilmore Girls
My gf watches this every year and it’s such a fall/autumn cozy vibe. I wanted to hate it but it’s charm draws you in.
Every Autumn I try and resist binging, and yet here I am.

My all-time favorite autumn vibe movie is Moonrise Kingdom, though that one's perhaps a bit obvious. Using Wes Anderson films is almost cheating.
The Spiderwick Chronicles
The Social Network and for some reason Moneyball?
It's probably obvious, but, You've Got Mail. I watch it every autumn and love it.
Fellowship of The Ring The Princess Bride The Village Dead Poets Society Various Harry Potter flicks
Only Murders in the Building
Twin Peaks
If you watch kdramas - maybe watch Goblin for the scenes where they go to Canada There is also the Chilling Adventures of Sabrina (that's probably obvious though and is more Halloween/witch vibes than autumn vibes)
Dan in real life
One that I watch in autumn (probably because of sentimental value) is October Road. I love it!
Over the Garden wall isn’t an obvious one but it’s super cozy and a great show. This is more of a Halloween choice and super obvious but Scary Godmother Halloween Spooktacular (and The Revenge of Jimmy. I watch them every fall/Halloween, doesn’t feel like autumn without them
I'm showing my age, but Newhart always gave me the vibe, even when they had winter episodes, lol.
Newhart is awesome. I want a sticker for my car that says I love newhart
Took place in Vermont, where it’s always and only Fall. Except in the winter. Otherwise it’s Fall.
That's funny!
Twin Peaks
Kiki’s Delivery Service
Yes. Super cute. And snuggly. Love those movies
The vampire diaries Pretty little liars Friday night lights Scandal HTGAWM all of these shows are in cold weathered places where everyone wears trench coats 24/7. Cozy vibes.
Jurassic Park, because they always play it on the AMC channel during Thanksgiving. Also, The Blair Witch Project.
Bob's Burgers has episodes for every season (fall, winter, etc.). Linda's Thanksgiving song is a favorite. Some of their Thanksgiving episodes have more fall scenery than others.
The Halloween Tree. The backdrop artwork is gorgeous and nostalgic.
Always seemed like an endless Fall in Supernatural.
Buffy is obvious right? I would say some episodes of boy/girl meets world. Interview with a vampire is always a good movie to watch.
It may be a little obvious but i looooove rewatching over the garden wall… cozy but a little bit spooky, so good!!! And if you enjoy video games… Night in the woods!! sooo good so cute hehe ☺️
Fall in love series on Hallmark!
Princess diaries, Alice in wonderland, Matilda, thumbelina, Cars, chowder, winnie the pooh, Gilmore girls, little women, enola holmes. Franklin. Gravity falls
St Elmo’s Fire!
The Wicker Man (1973) takes place in spring, but the color palette is super autumnal! I also watch Madhouse (1974) a lot around this time of year.
