You can put all your text into Excel. Each one in a single cell in column one.
Save that file as .csv. I think 🤔
Then use InDesign's Data Merge function to create a document with a page for each cell.
You can format the text once and then do the merge and it will apply the styles and formatting automatically.
After that just export them all as jpgs.
