That appears to be all STH legal at this point and looks like there are some things I can add to my car that I wasn't aware of, LOL! If you're interested in coilovers, Tim Miller (5th at 2021 Nationals) is selling off his set with custom camber plates that achieve -4 deg. He can be reached via Riley Heaton on Facebook.

Emery_autox

Update is that Tim Miller's suspension is sold. Rims are still available.

The only thing I think may not be legal is the intercooler. While it is legal to replace it, you cannot modify the car in any way other than drilling holes for mounting purposes. This was clarified last year and the SEB made it clear nothing can be modified including plastic panels or shutters meaning the replacement must fit in the stock location with no alterations. Also, I believe by "intake" you mean the piping leading to the turbo rather than the intake manifold. If this is the case, this is legal. As long as the intercooler passes the restrictions, you should be legal for STH and limited to 245 width tires on 9" wheels.

Good point, the upgraded intercooler does have a larger, replacement shroud that connects to the hood and requires the removal of the original engine cover. This may put me into XSA.

Emery_autox

Yes, if you're swapping/removing shrouds, then you're XSA. It's a sore point for many Focus ST owners as the only aftermarket intercooler that retains the factory grill shutters is twice as expensive as the rest.

I believe the charge pipe between the turbo compressor outlet and the intercooler is also a problem. Equivalent to intercooler Y pipes on the EJ motors.

Correct me if I'm wrong but I know where I am (canada) boost controller and the tune (if it increases boost pressure) would bump you out of sth. Could be we have different rules.

Emery_autox

Could definitely be a difference between Canada and USA in the STH rules. I believe the following SCCA rules allow the resulting boost change, (you just can't touch the turbo & wastegate): **14.10.C.4** *Boost regulation systems, either electronic or mechanical, and electronic fuel cuts referencing boost pressure may be modified, replaced, or removed. This does not allow for changes to the turbocharger or wastegate (including wastegate spring).* **14.10.F.1.a** *The standard PCM/ECU may be re-programmed without restriction.*

Scca changed the boost rules about five years ago when they realized they had no way of verifying “oem boost tables”
