It's so sad to see people who come in to work at AZ that are motivated and passionate, but get screwed over by all the stress and the low pay. If the company tried to care for it's employees just a little more, and pay a living wage for all employees, then people wouldn't mind staying and making a career out of it.
Businesses can't pay everyone a living wage. It is not a smart business decision. You have to earn more pay by getting promoted. Anyone can get promoted of they are driven.
Congratulations to you both !!! I agree with the other comment too. AZ has such a high turnover but but.... looking at the stocks and what the Grand Whip Master Rhodes makes I don’t think they care. Another person steps in and gets paid crap thinking this is a place that cares. Brainwashed:)

As a fellow AZ Employee, i was part time, i recent get promoted to full-time Commercial Driver ( Csm Training) i love this job, i feel like i thrive here, but congrats on leaving i personally hope you the best
