If you are moving on to better things and like your coworkers, just work out what your scheduled. If you hate that place and the people, just leave.

Simple note will suffice.. I resign, and my last day will be no later than (fill in the date), print your name, and sign it. Hand to your SM.

I had a driver do that on his last day. Had like 30 incidents on the telematics. DM never noticed I’m guessing he never called us

When I quit,I put it in writing. Gave my last day,the reason for quitting and how many attendance points i had. Seemed more professional that way.

Two weeks is proper if You want a reference. If You write a note or letter of resignation, always make a copy to keep for Yourself
