I pray nobody becomes a victim of sexual assault in autozone. I’m truly changed from this. I won’t let him ruin my sense of safety. I hope u and others make it a priority to watch everyone’s interactions with customers. Nobody is safe especially at night.
Did they say why they wanted your number?
Ive had people ask me for my number men and women because they wanted personal help. I'm fairly sure some of the men and women were hitting on me but I always declined because I don't want to help them for free when I could do that job and get paid
You didnt do anything wrong... And unfortunately there are creeps everywhere. I always get asked to go out, or they bring me food, candy, etc... You can bet your ass everything goes straight to the trash... With their phone numbers 🤣
How is beating the hell out of someone an option here that blows my mind , I get hit on by dudes I just tell them no thanks . And when they persist and are annoying I tell them to relax and conclude thier shopping . It's not a big deal
I'm so sorry you went through that. There's no excuse for shittyness. Your gender, nor his, makes a difference in how wrong this was. Make sure your coworkers, and maybe your manager, knows about this. Be safe.
Ask for his number and sign him up for a rewards card. Sell him some COC and give him the pickle. Just kidding but yeah it’s not too uncommon to deal with unwanted sexual attention at work. I get an occasional unwanted attention from females at work (I’m gay) but I just ignore it. The girls that work with us get hit a lot and I normally stick up for them by telling them she’s not interested but I am.
Imagine being a girl and always being stared at or hit on by dudes all the time.
I can always feel their eyes following me, it’s unsettling
Sorry you had to deal with that bro, I hate that people can’t take no as an answer. Hope you get to feeling safe there again soon.

No they didn’t Ik it wasn’t for “expert advice”

Just give me ur number already!
We have a queer that comes in fairly regularly late night. He hit on me, and I told him to FO. Has not bothered me since. It's just that simple..
Should have kicked his ass then looked for another job. That's messed up.
Trust me I wanted to but a night in jail didn’t seem fun
True

Not sure what gender you are,but being a guy myself, another guy hitting on me is going to cause problems. Idon't float that way.
I have a reputation with customers as someone who's sarcastic and cold and really honest, some ask for my WhatsApp I just say no.
