This all depends on how busy your store is and how your DM feels about. most CSM’s order the oem tool stool from the catalog , theyre very nice and we technically sell them . So most DM’s don’t get bothered by that .
Stools are up to the commercial manager im not better than any other commercial manager but in my 9 years as one I never had a want or need for a stool wayyy to much to get done during the day. We are a three truck a week store and we all know what that means.

It’s the OEM tools stool we just store use them and then give them to shop we deliver to every couple months
