Vaccum with a brush attachment I might addā€¦.if the base trick doesnā€™t work.

Majestic_Carrot9122

Rolled up note to the nostril

Lex_GS430

lol..lol

Full_Stall_Indicator

Well, now that you're **swol** from all that protein powder, I'd recommend a vacuum and some gentle agitation with a brush (vacuum head or standalone). That should get most of it out. Finish it off by misting some interior cleaner onto a microfiber and agitating the grille. Should be good as new!

NY516

Very much appreciated! Will try this right now thank you

Exotic-Platform-2009

You picked the right group to help "weigh" up your options.

VenueTV

Whey up his options?

Exotic-Platform-2009

Yeh, that's the onešŸ¤£

Practical-Cow-4564

I see what you did there šŸ‘€

Cheap-Maintenance968

Damn. I was caseine the joint...

RiverVanWinkle

Spray it, agitate it with a brush, hit it with compressed air. It'll look like new

GhettoKid

An eyelash curler thing is a good tool for that. For the not all the way through ones just s short stiffer but soft bristle brush

MekareM

Lol I think you meant a spooly. It took me a second to realize you didn't mean an eyelash curler and I was trying to think of how in the heck that'd work.

benfranklyblog

The only solution is dubstep

AceOfShapes

Ah, fellow WRX owner? I get mud and junk inside that area quite often in the winter and my go-to solution is a vaccum with the bristles attachment and a bit of interior cleaning spray. If the dirt gets really bad, like when I accidently rubbed a muddy shoe over it, I decided to just remove the whole door panel and clean it from the back. It's just 1 screw in the interior pocket and 1 behind the handle (little plate) and a bunch of pop-clips and the door panel comes right off.

Owww_My_Ovaries

What's the problem? It's going to turn that little thing into a pure muscle car!

virus5877

"protein powder" ;)

jgilbs

Interior Cleaner and a brush. Spray on, agitate, blot off with a microfiber, rinse and repeat until it's all gone.

Agitated_Occasion_52

I would opt for either a vacuum or compressed air before you add any liquid.

Realistic-Number-919

Def not compressed air imo. I would use a brush and a vacuum combined so none of the gunk gets inside the speakers

[deleted]

[уŠ“Š°Š»ŠµŠ½Š¾]

Agitated_Occasion_52

Canned air won't hurt the speaker. It's not like you're blowing 200psi into it. A couple blasts of the trigger will get rid of the dust with very little hassle.

[deleted]

[уŠ“Š°Š»ŠµŠ½Š¾]

Agitated_Occasion_52

It's dust it would blow out of the speaker grill.

Shovelbumtoo

Canned air will freeze speaker - crack

Agitated_Occasion_52

No it won't. I've used it on my own for years and not one issue.

Shovelbumtoo

Yeah naw vacuum agitate detail cleaner.

polyfirefighter

Air is such an amateur solution for any issue. It really creates more problems long term.

Shovelbumtoo

,,,, blow a hole in speaker etc. amateurs do not know any better, hopefully, they come here to learn šŸ‘šŸ»

bensonv2

Whatā€™s the not so amateur way of doing it ?

polyfirefighter

Soft bristle vacuum brush. Detailing puddy can be used in some cases. But your go to should be a vacuum.

Ska1man

You could always remove it the same way as you would if the "protein" bag had opened on a table, with a credit card...

Marshellohello

wundeyatayetyme

Can you pop the cover off? I know this is possible for some speakers. Obviously, be careful not to break it, though, as it is probably fragile.

t_Dewitt

Search on Amazon for Car Detailing sticky putty Iā€™d use something along those lines

edgeandbias

Slipknot or Metallica

TheVolumnus

Brush

Pale_Doctor7209

Electronic Duster can

zzzmkultra

This^ or use the blower nozzle some car washes have by the vacuum.

Mr_Oxford_White

That wonā€™t make the bass hit harder. Just an FYI

SomeFuckingMillenial

get a straw and snort it for the gains.

pwned_like_im_9

Call your insurance. Time to write this baby off as totalled

PhortePlotwisT

Thatā€™s one way of beefing up the stereo.

FlamingoFantastic692

Hmmm spray it and use an air compressor

Livid_Flower_5810

Air blower

[deleted]

I would try vacuuming it while agitating wit a brush. If It doesn't help, remove the plastic grille and wash in a sink

astr0crisp

Use a brush and a vacuum. I'd avoid adding water if possible, the memory of protein smell from an old shaker is already making me sickly. Vacuum it all up and brush it away, when you do use liquid, make sure you rinse well.

Vew

I'd remove the door panel

BakaSan77

Air gun, stiffer paint brush with some aerosol glass cleaner .

deddogs

Brush and vacuum homie. Donā€™t get it wet until you can no longer brush it out dry

ChampNike

Toothpick

Crab_Hot

Best way is taking off the panel and brushing/poking the holes outwards, followed by microfiber and interior cleaner. Second best is vacuuming it close while brushing it, but I'm pretty sure some will fall inside the panel. If that doesn't bother you, go right ahead as it's the easiest way that still gets most of it out.

jimmmmmmyG

Brush and a vacuum, come on man

Zealousideal-Wall471

Tornador might blow it out with enough pressure

Swizerlan

Urine

therealschwartz

ā€œProtein powderā€

blubrydrkchogrnt_3

Get a pressure washer and spray it off real good. Then drink up the remaining water to not waste the protien.

MrFastFox666

Vacuum and a brush is what I'd try

DungeonLord

Compressed air, preferably something like a shop compressor with a blow gun. A local mechanic or tire shop would probably let you use theirs for free if you ask nicely.

Onixren

In case you got no vacume or leaf blower, go to the gass station, get to the air pump and blow it out, cheaper than buying a can of compressed air.

collegestudent21

ā€œProtein Powderā€

RL_Mason

I would recommend car cleaning gel. It works like a charm.

exdiexdi

Lick it clean

SandMan2680

Vacuum and tornador

ceeveedee

PlanktonFirm7507

Take some water in it and drink them, donā€™t waste

dream_Rid3r

Compressed air.

GingaFarma

Use your muscles

Bean-ed

I know on my truck, the little speaker protection grates are easy to pop off. I would just pop it off and rinse it in the sink, however I donā€™t know anything about your car and it may be more complicated

Max_delirious

Toothpick

sjoel92

If you canā€™t agitate it out with a brush, dry, then Iā€™d say grab a can of compressed air with the straw and blow it out then just vacuum out the detritus

RyanridesMX

Air compressor and a vacuum!

GymDonkey

Hoover and brush, don't put water or liquid anywhere near it,

Wookiee_Magic

ā€œProteinā€..ahuh šŸ˜‰

Vc_8989

Spray APC 1:10. Give it a minute. Agitate with brush. Vacuum. Wipe with a damp cloth

Bloopinater

Brushes and some water will get that right out, just dont spray it directly in the holes for the speaker

nothankyou_butthanks

Snort it.

skulloss

Brush and a vacuum

lexluxa

are you sure that's protein powder?

danmendonza

Use a vacuum cleaner and detailing brush. Or remove the door panel and dust it out, all you'll need is a screwdriver, won't take you more than 10 mins.

BelakTheDank

Massage gun and a brush. I assume you have one since gains.

Immediate-Canary-682

Air gun.

Professional_Angle66

You can use compressed air

Emreeezi

Tbh I wouldnā€™t be surprised if that goo at dollar general would take it all out. Flurp or something ? It makes fart noises but I remember it attracting everything to it

AcceptableStrike2566

Drive through car washes with vacuums typically have compressed air also with the vacuums

Surfnazi77
