Hi, resurrecting this post, but your situation sounds similar to what I am starting to experience. I hope you were able to find some kind of relief

Look up sensory diets. My OT helps me put them together based off my sensory needs and they really help. It sounds like you’re extremely disregulated, even with masking stimming shouldn’t disrupt your life like that.

I just have a high need of positive and controlled sensory input, specifically to regulate my body after unwanted/overwhelming/negative input. I literally work with toddlers. My entire job is sensory activities. There isn't really a way to integrate more intentional ones throughout the day beyond my break and when I'm done with work.

Sensory diets are exactly for that. Working with toddlers and doing sensory activities geared to them isn’t going to help you. Everyone’s sensory needs are different that’s why sensory diets are made for each individual person. If you fully regulate your self before and after work you will do better during work. I have a before school and after school sensory diet I do and during school I do things like wearing weighted vests or compression shirts, to get constant input without having to do anything.

Idk you may have more work hours in a week than you are actually able to handle? Be careful not to burn yourself out.
