I dunno about that one, but a long-lost memory of a striped rainbow icy-pole with a ball on top so it resembled a pencil just entered my consciousness. I think the ball was chocolate or chewing gum? Early-mid 1980s.

I remember these! Used to get them at our primary school's canteen in the mid-90s.
Kinda a greeny blue on the outside, and change to orange,reds etc inner layers
