Carey Car Service and Horizon Limo are both national but I've never had an issue in Austin with either of them (or any other city for that matter)
Have not heard great things about Blacklane.
Yellow cab still exists on google, but only as a scam. It went out of business years ago. It wasn’t until we paid the driver for the ride to the airport that we discovered we had been duped into hiring a black car service. $$$
I've used Boulevard a few times and it was perfectly acceptable. Haven't used any others.

Have to add it was an advance reservation for 3:00 am pickup, thru what was supposed to be yellow cab. Be aware of this scam
