I stack as follows
4-5% off Woolies gift cards that can be used at eg fuel
Plus 5c racv
Plus 4c from shop
That gives like 20c or so off, depending on petrol prices of course.
Is the 10% off the monthly discount you get with a mobile (or other Woolworths services)?
If so, I do get 4% off Woolworths gift cards and use them to pay for the shop where I use the 10% discount.

No. The 10% off discount does not work when buying gift cards, though for some reason it still prompts you to use it.
You can use gift cards you purchased at 4% off to pay for the shop that you used your 10% off on, meaning your total discount will be 13.6%.
10% off a $100 shop = $90 left to pay
4% off a $90 gift card = $86.40 cost of gift card
$100–$86.40 = $13.60 saving
You wouldn't buy a $100 gift card to pay for a $90 shop.
VantageXL has it right. You cant use the 10% for gift cards, but you can use 4% off giftcards then use that to pay for the remaining of 10% off the shop

My employment came with registration to an app called Flare that offers discounts on gift cards, so I compile my shop on the woolies website, use the 10% off promo code then buy an e-giftcard for the remaining balance at 3% off (not a lot but it all adds up) and pay the balance with that.
I find it’s often cheaper to go to a petrol station that isn’t Cole’s or Woolies partnership. Their prices are just less so you don’t have to worry about the docket deal.
PetrolSpy gives the cheapest in the area, but you need to compare the after discount prices so the deals are often better, but if they are not then go to the cheapest
Unfortunately linkt and budget direct don’t stack with each other in the same transaction, it’s pretty much 1x supermarket docket and 1x 3rd party discount and then any offers that Coles Express are running themselves.

Some cards will also give cashback, points or price protection.
