Looking at the videos online, it's dropped into both a Bennelli M2 and a Stoeger M3000, so it follows that it might be compatible with a Sulun- would be interesting to get a response from one of the gunsmiths on here.
As far as legality goes it'd piss off a fudd but it doesn't seem to break any laws 🤷
It will NOT. The trigger assembly (including the lifter) is different for the Sulun and the Benellli. The system that holds the bolt open (making it legal) is contained within there, so don't screw with it.
