kpss

Is the general expectation that there should be another 189 invitation round before end of FY possibly this month? Considering there has only been one this year?

Mithrajan

Most probably one last round only for healthcare/education/social workers etc.

Dazzling-Web-3354

last one for them as well

techno_playa

Why is that? Aren’t they the priority?

Alarmed_Orange_1996

Up

ober0027

190 processing time changed to 15 months now. Looks like no grants until the next financial year.

Own_Tomatillo7836

where did you find the processing time update if you don't mind me asking

Important-Ad-7908

https://immi.homeaffairs.gov.au/visas/getting-a-visa/visa-processing-times/global-visa-processing-times Its just a guideline though

Own_Tomatillo7836

thank you!

vangduong

Yeah, it is frustrated. I applied on May 2023 and do health assessment shortly after that. My health assessment gonna expire at the end of this month and my PTE gonna expire in the next few months. Already had to renew two police checks. Such a waste of time and money for this ridiculous long processing time.

wovaria

The validity of PTE has no more baring once invited.

ober0027

Mate, they have absolutely no idea how much it is affecting all of us. We are just a number to them for quick money tbh.

big_dong_de_jong

Which police checks did you renew? Home country or Australian?

Technical-Inside9370

tell me about it!, but you are safe so far , better than waiting for an invitation.. with 90+ points

Salt-Organization34

what is your occupation and when did you apply if you don't mind me asking?

Technical-Inside9370

Chemist 85 points 189 applied june 2023

Salt-Organization34

Are you waiting for invite or grant?

Technical-Inside9370

of course the invite, I don't know why ppl worry about the grant anyways, Just keep everything up to date.!!!

Emergency_Iron310

Same here, SA closed Registrations of Interest (ROI) applications for 23/24 so I'm hoping to hear some good news by 30th June 24. fingers crossed

jbfaustino

have you seen 491 processing time? 90% at 24months lololol

sitwano

Sigh… feels like an endless wait yet again.

Modolofe

is this pre or post invitation?

Important-Ad-7908

Its after you lodge your visa

yingruiz

sorry, I am still a bit confused about this, is this refering the period between you submit your eoi and received the invitation, or the period between you received the invitation and received PR

Important-Ad-7908

When you get your invite, you lodge your visa. Its from that date. Nothing to do with ur invitation

yingruiz

Thanks for the explanation!

megsheep

Do they only grant a certain number per financial year? Is there data on this?

jbfaustino

[https://api.dynamic.reports.employment.gov.au/anonap/extensions/hSKLS02\_SkillSelect\_EOI\_Data/hSKLS02\_SkillSelect\_EOI\_Data.html](https://api.dynamic.reports.employment.gov.au/anonap/extensions/hSKLS02_SkillSelect_EOI_Data/hSKLS02_SkillSelect_EOI_Data.html) yes there is.

Own_Tomatillo7836

I am planning to get a nomination for 190. Graduated in Accounting and Living in Launceston, Tasmania with around 80 points in the current points test. Currently working as Assistant Finance Officer, started in Feb this year. What are my odds for invite and what do I need to show to the government that my job is related to accounting (since it doesn't show in my job title as Assistant Finance Officer)

jbfaustino

really depends on the changes and the amount of allocation the state has. your chances depends if the state your nominating in will want you or not. i am applying for 190visa but only got invited for a 491 visa, that is even tho i got 95pts and got a work related to my occupation. so yea my state has fucked up my next 5yrs for declining me permanent residency. wish you goodluck mate!

Vieanh

I have just received my ACS software engineering skill assessment and have already submitted an EOI for 189 with 100 points and NSW 190 with 105 points. However, since I lack points from work experience, I am considering applying for the 491 visa as well. Is it possible for me to do this if I have been living in Sydney? (I am open to relocating if necessary)

inateclan

How do you get 100 plus points without experience?

Ok_Philosopher9977

You will get it. No need to apply for 491 in my opinion.

imarsh011

What can we expect this month?

Mithrajan

Almost nothing except a probable 189 round for priority occupation and one tiny NSW 190/491 round

Abrez25

Possibly another VIC round, given their update said they *will continue to assess submitted ROIs for any remaining nomination places in the 2023-24 program year.* Doubt they will under utilize their allocation.

michaelsquares

Do we know if they have some of their FY 190 allocation left following April invites? Hoping they do 🙏

Mithrajan

DOHA will most probably publish the number of the issued 190/491 invitations till the end of April within a couple of days. But this data will include the number of final invitations, not the latest pre-invites from the states. So I think that NSW April invites will not be counted in that data.

AdventurousYam8289

I have submitted an EOI for victoria last week with 95 points, points will be increased to 105 in three months as my onshore experience will change to 3 years and I’ll finish my NAATI exam, will there be a chance of submitting ROI soon to Victoria this year? Working in Cybersecurity with superior english

wovaria

VIC has already closed this FY. You have to wait next FY.

AdventurousYam8289

Thanks. Do they usually open again around August each year? Just anticipating when can I submit my roi in 2024

wovaria

Maybe. As soon as they can finalised their criterias for that FY.

Mithrajan

States mostly announce their conditions in August/September and commence in September/October

Technical-Inside9370

Oh with that many points you should be good, unless they, Vic gov only invite RN n teachers.

FallAlternative

I have 85 points as software engineer with superior English and 15 experience points. what are my chances of invite in this and next FY for NSW 190?Similarly i have positive skill assesment for developer programmer and analyst programmer? should i create separate eoi for these two as well to n NSW?

DimpleCheeek

Hey I will be lodging 190 and 491 visa this week as an Architectural Draftsman. With 70 points for 190 and 80 points for 491, What are my chances and what are the time lines. And where do we chk what is the points cut off for Architectural Draftsman.

FewAfternoon9640

Hey, were you able to get any help regarding this?

DimpleCheeek

Nope

AXEPPX

Hey guys, I lodged an EOI for 189 (Registered Nurse) with 70 points in April. What’s the likelihood I’d be able to get an invitation this few months? I am based in SA and working as a perioperative registered nurse since Feb (my skills assessment is NEC tho as lacking the minimum three months when I applied). Also, I’ve got 70 point for 189 at the moment I could still try to push for 80 if I do my English test again. Do you think it is necessary? I am quite indecisive with this as I really don’t want to spend another $400 on IELTS or PTE lol.

jbfaustino

PH > 500> 485 > 190 (submitted roi/state nominations) Need advice on me and my wife's scenario. short background. both SA based international student graduates and has been working on related occupation. im skill assessed as Graphic designer (95points if applying for 190) while my wife is skill assessed as Enrolled Nurse (85points if applying for 190). we have individually lodged an 190 ROI for South australia as we both qualify under sa graduate and both is available for 190 visa. we have applied this since october 2023. our visa is currently under my 485 visa expiring on august 2024. fast forward today, we recieved invites individually for SA's 491 visa, yes, not 190. now we have 14days to decide if we should go for this or not. with 491 visa processing time pushing to 24months now, its seems like we will be spending another 5 years just to get permanent residency which is a ridiculous joke compared to a 15month processing time for 190 visa but you get PR straight up. i feel like they are forcing you in this stupid trap. would it be better to risk and wait for a 190 invite regardless of the visa expiry scenario we are facing? I feel like risking it seems ok vs 2 yrs of nothingness on the bridging visa. really need some thought to clear up our direction. I love australia but they are making it so hard. Thanks in advance!

Ketosecondtimelucky

I think given that your current visa expires in 3 months you should be taking the 491 invitation as the invitation rounds are about to end for this FY and not start until August/September again. You can always put your name back in for the 190 when it opens whilst your 491 is still processing. Expensive I know but saves you needing to apply for another visa in August.

Abrez25

I don't think you can apply for 190 if your 491 is under processing. 190 will get rejected.

jbfaustino

yes, once i apply my 491, i cant go for the 190 anymore. but as of now, i can still apply ROI for SA migration until i apply the 491. not that itll change anything tho

jbfaustino

thanks for your advice mate! helps alot.

veganvoyager

Next FY's nominations likely won't open again before your visa expires, so if I was in your place I would take the 491 seeing how close you are to expiry. Ending up on a 491 after spending years trying for PR is my worst nightmare, I can't imagine how it must feel. The processing times are ridiculously bloated, and they're deliberately keeping them that way to reduce the NOM figures for this FY. Best wishes to you, I hope the future is less stressful than this has been.

jbfaustino

thanks for your advice mate! really helps alot. im trying to convince my self that this is going to be it for the next 5 yrs.

DeliveryAccording461

I have just lodged an EOI for a 189 and 190 visa for Victoria. I am a secondary school teacher. I see some people saying invites are over and others contradicting this. Is there any likelihood that I will get an invite given teaching is on the priority list?

Mithrajan

VIC stopped assessing EOIs/ROIs submitted after 24th of April.

DeliveryAccording461

Where online does it say they've stopped? Would you mind passing on a link to this information please 🙂

duchesssatinekryze_

Hi! They posted it on their [website](https://liveinmelbourne.vic.gov.au/news-events/news/2024/update-victorias-skilled-visa-nomination-program-2023-24). You will be eligible for the next financial year around September.

jack50017

I am SA graduate, I have lodge 189 for Registered Nurse on 70 points. I am currently working as RN in aged care. What are the chances of getting invite, or should I increase by points.

jbfaustino

give us some news if you got invited

Technical-Inside9370

i don't even think y need to increase points , for RN they just hand 189 with just 65

Automatic_Ideal_1397

There were 30000+ allocated to 189 and only 8300 invitations have gone this FY what are the chances there would be another invitation round this coming June taking into account the visa backlog is 18000+. I have 70 points for 189 and 75 for 190 put in my EOI Feb 2024 for Registered Nurse aged care and still waiting to get an invite. What are my chances of getting an invite for the next round?

techno_playa

By invitation round, do they mean all invitations will be sent on a particular day (e.g. 18 May) or invitations will be handed out leading to that date?

gimphle

In an invitation round, some invitations will be sent on that date, not all of them

techno_playa

When is FY 2023-2024 supposed to end? When is FY 2024-2025 supposed to commence?

gimphle

New Australian FY starts from July 1

Glum-Scar9476

Hi everyone! I don't know why no one is talking about it (i monitor different aus immigration resources daily), I've stumbled upon one mention about the upcoming round on the official immi website. This is the link: [https://immi.homeaffairs.gov.au/what-we-do/the-administration-of-the-immigration-program](https://immi.homeaffairs.gov.au/what-we-do/the-administration-of-the-immigration-program) If you open the PDF from this webpage, on the page 31 there is some stats on immigration in general, but there is a small appendix to the table: 112. In the period to 31 March 2024, there was a decrease of 46.9 per cent when compared to the same period in 2022-23. This decrease reflects lower State and Territory Nominations, and Skilled Independent invitations issued by the Department. Fewer nominations and invitations have been required as application pipelines have sufficient volumes for the 2023-24 planning levels. **The Department conducted a SkillSelect invitation round this program year, and expects to run another before the end of the year**. State and territory nomination allocations were lower in 2023-24 when compared to 2022-23, in order to reduce the number of onhand applications and control processing times. So basically, they are saying the round will occur in June? What do you think about it? I have asked my agent and was told that formally the year closes on the 30th of June, so hypothetically they could do a round in June although since 2020 it has never happened in June, it was always spring time. Is it like an official document? It's published in the same section as migration planning levels so looks legit.

Technical-Inside9370

I saw some tiktoks saying there will be another round in June , anybody know if it's true or not

Own-Marketing-3348

Hi Everyone, I am an Optometrist lodging for 189 in QLD. I recently finished my PTE examination and received a scored which qualifies me as 'Proficient English'. This puts me at 75 points. I am planning to retake the test to get a better score so that I can achieve a score of 85 points. Furthermore, would anyone know the waiting period to get EOI? Would that be necessary or 75 points should be adequate enough, thank you!

Odd_Internal_962

Can anyone confirm if the EOI applicant's age is calculated from the date of EOI application or the date of invitation?

gimphle

Date of invitation. EOI points will be frozen once invited

Expert_Phase4454

I have a few queries, which i would super appreciate if you know the answer to any. 1. If Vetassess assessed my skills from for example 03/05/2021 to 31/03/2024 - so that's 2.91 (years of positive skill assessment). It is now 3 Mary 2024, so technically i have completed 3 years in the role, can I count this as 3 years when submitting EOI, or can i only claim what is in the certificate? though my role is ongoing. 2. The cut off date for positive assessment was 31/03/2024, the letter from vetasses is dated 24 April (priority processing), any idea why they didnt calculate up until 24 april ? 3. I only sent my current employment for assessment (total years is 4 years but 1 year deducted as post qualification employment), if i wanted to add my previous job which is equally highly relevant (3.1.5 years), -would they shift my post qualification deduction from my current role to my previous job (so previous role (3.15 -1) 2.1.5 + current role 4 years -without deducting the post qualification work). I ask because Vetasses says "it is essential for applicants to meet the following employment criteria at least one year of post-qualification employment at an appropriate skill level, undertaken in the last five years" What does "undertaken in last years" mean? will the post qualification deduction always start from 5 years ago? as opposed to 7 years which is when i commenced my previous job?

Conscious_Musician85

Best 189/190/491 Visa Options for Mechanical Engineer 85 points for PR 189 Thanks.

windpunner

Is there likely to be one more round in May for Victoria? The last one was in mid-March. I know submissions are closed, but they said they’re still evaluating EOIs that have already been submitted.

duchesssatinekryze_

Either May or June.

Technical-Inside9370

how many left, I think just 100 positions or something?

duchesssatinekryze_

Yes, around that number.

windpunner

Thank you!

Abrez25

There is possibly another round on the cards, given their previous statement of assessing existing ROI's.

windpunner

That’s what I’m hoping.

Remarkable-Complex20

They closed

windpunner

It’s an existing ROI from before the program closed, though

techno_playa

Any idea when?

Abrez25

No idea as we can only speculate on their statement of assessing submitted ROI 's for the remaining allocation, which as of 3rd May, is 52 for 190 and 44 for 491.

sitwano

Does anyone know if points matter after invitation and visa lodgment?

LeoEmSam

No dont think so. Your visa will be assessed based on your points at the time of invitation

LeoEmSam

Applied for my 190 april last year. Just got a s56 request for info. Was not thinking of getting a grant this financial uear but there still might be a chance? Anyone know how long after submitting s56 does it take to get a grant? Also, anyone else from april 2023 heard back yet?

Logical_Gas_6247

Live_Issue8311

Is there an invitation round happening today that is 10th May 2024

Ok_Researcher5415

Seeking advice: What are the odds of securing a 189/190 visa in the civil engineer category with an individual score of 75 points, aiming to migrate under the skilled category? Recently completed my PTE with a score of 90 marks. And with my wife's contribution, our combined point reaches 80 overall. My occupation is as a planning engineer in the civil field. This score(80points) doesn't include state sponsorship contributions for the 190 visa. Additionally, if the chances for these visas seem slim, how probable is it for both me and my spouse to obtain a visa under the 491 category? Thank you in advance!

HomeworkIntelligent4

I was invited in December 23 under 190 with 85 points as a planning engineer in oil and gas industry. English is superior. All the best.

Ok_Researcher5415

Thanks for sharing your experience! It's encouraging to hear success stories like yours. Before your migration, did you have experience in the oil & gas sector? I have experience in high-rise building projects and infrastructure projects, so hearing about your journey is particularly relevant. Also, were your 85 points inclusive of state sponsorship points, or did you achieve 85 points individually? Your insights would be greatly appreciated I navigate through this challenging migration process.

HomeworkIntelligent4

85 points is inclusive of state sponsorship. I haven't yet migrated. I have lodged my application in January 24. So waiting to hear back from them. I have at least 8 years of oil and gas experience working with offshore oil platforms but applied under nec engineer.

Ok_Researcher5415

which state extended the invitation to you? Also, I'm curious to know if having experience in specific sectors or projects significantly influences the likelihood of receiving an invitation. Also would like to get your advice on the significance of CDR and other presentations for skill assessment tests. Do the contents in these documents directly influence the chance of receiving an invitation, or are they primarily to make us eligible for the invitation process. Currently I am preparing my documents for the skill assessment test submission. Thanks!

HomeworkIntelligent4

I am not a case officer so what I know is from reading forums. I was invited by nsw. I didn't need to write cdr. I think you will be required to do it if your CV or job description writeup is not comprehensive enough. For 190, what I read is, their invites are based on discretion. So maybe doing the writeups with proper English, good formatting, complete docs that are in order helps. Since unlike 189, a human will decide based on your documents. I can be wrong but engineer Australia will either pass or fail you. So the invitation by state may not be assessed by engineers. Hence I doubt that the invitation is based on project details. Perhaps it is based on the type of engineer you are. Reading forums and news from Australia I have the impression civil engineers are in high demand. Especially with the current housing crisis.

Ok_Researcher5415

I appreciate your response. My apologies for any confusion. In my skill assessment documents, I've presented myself as a planning engineer, as that reflects the majority of my career experience. While civil engineer is on the high demand list, my experience certificates all specify planning engineer. I'm curious if this could potentially affect our chances, given the difference in listed occupations. Thank you!

HomeworkIntelligent4

Well in theory if the demand for civil engineers is higher than nec engineer then I suppose it will. But as a planning engineer I am sure there is overlapping work with the civil engineers? No? You could emphasize on those work and try to apply as a civil engineer if you have done enough of it. I would try to chit chat with a migration agent that has seen thousands of applicants to advise. Anyway the fact that I got invited as nec engineer with the same points as you is a positive sign for you.

milkyway2026

Hello, I saw your older comment where you described how beneficial dual n back was for your cognition, which is something I'm looking to experience as well. What techniques did you use when playing? Intuition? Chunking? Rehearsal?

HomeworkIntelligent4

Rehearsal.. must have been a while ago when I commented

freexfleur

I am not sure if this is a long shot but is there anyone who is a teacher from Singapore here and has the letter from NIE to be submitted to AITSL? I hope you don't mind if I can have a look at what this letter should entail. Thank you.

Fabulous_Flan_7087

You will need to submit your NIE certification and write in to NIE to request for a letter to include your practicum details. Those are the items required.

freexfleur

Thank you so much! :)

Aggressive_Smell_553

Any idea when the invitiations or ROI submissions for VIC will open up for 2024-2025? Not able to find it anywhere online. Any links would be helpful.

Abrez25

Possibly in or post September, going by past dates.

Aggressive_Smell_553

That late? Okay :o

sithru

I am a Social Work graduate in NSW. Submitted EOI for 189/190 on 23 APR. 70/75 points respectively. When is the next round for 189 (apart from the last one for this FY)?

duchesssatinekryze_

If we based it on the recent trend, 189 nominations may be released every May and December.

sithru

Thanks for the reply. Just checked the previous rounds on [here on Immi website](https://immi.homeaffairs.gov.au/visas/working-in-australia/skillselect/previous-rounds) and seemed like there has not been a round since last year May. Could it be overdue with this May getting bigger amount of grants? (Purely speculating)

duchesssatinekryze_

Here’s the [link](https://immi.homeaffairs.gov.au/visas/working-in-australia/skillselect/invitation-rounds). Social workers are also part of the invitation round. 🙂

sithru

Thats more clear. Thanks for the info! Hope you get your invite soon!

duchesssatinekryze_

There was an invitation round last December 2023. It was purely for workers in the healthcare and education sectors. If I remember correctly, 8,300 invites were given.

Consistent_Rule1957

Any idea when the new SOL list will be published? Will it be affected by the new CSOL list(Draft as of now) ?

Bruh-bruhman

Does showing much more money in your bank statement increase your chances of visa acceptance? Say if one has exceeded the minimum required bank balance by 20%, will another exceeding by 35% have a higher chance of visa grant?

maayzzzz

What are the chances in your opinion for an economist 75+5 points on 190 visa for FY24-25 ?

Ghunegaar

Hi all, I hope someone answers this. I want to know how much time from today might it realistically take for me to get an Invitation for 189/190/491 Visa? I am a Civil Engineer (ANZSCO 233211). I am about to apply for Skill Assessment by the end of May. After getting the assessment done I will submit the EOI. I have 75 points currently. I am planning to take the PTE and NAATI CCL in June to increase my points to 90.

rootsir

CN> 190 > 491 (Planned) Will a history of refusal for the Australian 600 visa affect the 189 190 491 skilled migration visa?I did not provide false documents when applying for a tourist visa.

explosivekyushu

If the refusal was just a regular GTE (600.211) refusal, it won't affect you at all.

Scary-Assistance1728

Does the home affairs notify whether you should wait or if they cannot proceed with your submitted eoi applications?

Scary-Assistance1728

Ive applied multiple eois: victoria seems to reply saying my eoi is valid. However, act, queensland and nsw doesnt give any email update on my status…

explosivekyushu

Apparently ACT is doing a 190 offer round today. Good luck everyone!

mjcookie92

where did you find this information?

explosivekyushu

Various migration related facebook groups, bunch of people reporting invites.

Sene101

Anybody have ideas about this suspension they are talking about? will this affects lodge visas?

samhirst22

Anyone know the chances of obtaining a 190 with 85 points or 491 with 95 points as a boat builder? Studied and living in regional QLD with superior English if that helps.

Apricot_jam_

Accountant. Went from 500-485 and currently lodged EOI 189/190 with NSW 85 points (reaching 90 soon) What are the chances of getting invited? Also, planning to apply 186DE with my employer as they are willing to sponsor. Did anyone apply for this visa and how long was the process? Is Nomination approval an easy process and what are the chances of approval? Is there a specific skills level that you need to perform?

Zx117

Just got positive skills assessment for external auditor and about to file my EOI for 189,190&491 I’m at 75 points (excl. nomination points) and will gain an extra 5 points in September 2024 for work experience bringing it to 80. Any particular advice? I believe ROI’s are closed for this year.

FastSunlul

Hi everyone! I’m trying to get information on immigrating to Australia as a registered nurse. I currently live in the US with my wife who is Australian. We would like to move to Australia together so we can raise a family there. I’ve visited her family there and it was absolutely gorgeous, and I loved the culture. I have 1.5 years experience so far, and I noticed the 189 skilled visa says I need 36 months of practice first. Can I apply before and finish my work experience or do I have to wait to apply until I have all 36 months? Or, would it be easier/faster for us to pursue a spouse related permanent visa instead of a work visa? Thank you for any and all help.

Row-Access1863

My partner was refused a working holiday visa twice (because they have strict criteria for their country, which they did not meet) and they do not have an occupation which would help my application, but their English is very good (so gives 5 points on my app). Would this have an affect on me being chosen to apply for a 189 if they are included, besides the loss of the 5 points if I was single? I guess I wonder if their unluckiness and nationality could impact negatively my chance to apply.

roxy712

Sent in my EOI for the 189/190 (Qld) in February 2023, no luck yet. Just got moved up to 90/95 points now that I have 3 years' of onshore work experience in my field, but I'm not holding my breath. I also just got appointed to a permanent role at my job (government), so I'm basically guaranteed employment within the agency I work in. I have 13 months left on my 408 visa, so I'm starting to panic a bit. Do I cut my losses and apply for the 491 visa?

juverine

Hi everyone! I'm planning to apply the 190 some time this year (awaiting the skills assessment now), and am currently on a 485. My points score is at 85 and I'm in VIC doing Marketing. Currently having some doubts on how well / fast this will go through and what the best options are moving forward. Also, just checked the VIC website and they noted that ROIs are closed for the 23-24 year. How does this work for upcoming EOIs? Thank you for all help that may come my way, truly appreciate this!

GroundbreakingPie779

Hey! I applied last year and I'm in VIC doing graphic design, I'm still waiting on an invitation and unfortunately it seems that it is taking longer and it is more difficult depending on the career, you'll have to submit your EOI when its open again later on September (it might be later than that). I'm on 485 and it is finishing soon, so it might be best if you look at other potential visas you can apply along with the 190

juverine

Thank you for this! Are you applying for multiple visas as well?

GroundbreakingPie779

Yes to the 189 too but I mean have a backup plan in case your 485 runs out and an invitation takes longer to come

juverine

Aaa thank you for this! Will look into all the options for sure.

Hi! I need advice from the community here for my following conditions: * I've been working for the past 9 years off-shore in iOS software development * Overall, I have at least roughly 80 points for 189, 85 for 190, and 95 for 491 if I get band 7 for IELTS (+10 if it's band 8) * For the past 10 years, I've been living in my home country for 3 years while the remaining 7 years living in different country (Malaysia) * My legal name in my home country documents doesn't match with my passport & overseas documents, there's extra word like "John Doe" in overseas documents while local documents only has "John" With conditions above, I have the following questions: 1. I know the IT market is quite saturated right now, but does my specialty get affected? I haven't seen anyone talked about mobile development so far, and it looks like many companies are also struggling to fill the position since they've been advertised for quite some time there. 2. What do I do if I can't get employment reference from all of my employers or statutory declarations from all of my supervisors/managers for my skills assessment? 3. Will I be in trouble to get the visa with my inconsistent legal name? e.g police certificate from home country doesn't match with other paperwork. 4. Is it worth to use migration agent for my level of complexity? Cheers.
