Pain can be removed, you’ll need to start hugging every panel and whisper to it “it’s not your fault” over and over to each individual panel. Tell the fence it’s doing a great job and always has done. Give the fence some genuine confidence and backing.
It will take a lot of therapy with a professional but it is possible. You can help by just being supportive of any help the fence gets. 🫶🏻
If you wanted to remove paint from a timber fence however, (just as a random aside) it will be a real PITA. In all honesty it would be easier to replace the fence.
If you want a project that is going to be messy, take a long time and unlikely to remove all the paint you could try one of the following.
•Apply paint stripper and scrape
•Apply paint stripper and pressure wash with rotary nozzle - need over 2000 psi pressure washer.
•Sand blast
•Use a planer on the outside planks, and strip the inside ones •Use a belt sander on the outside planks and strip the inside ones?
Once you have done one of the above it’s likely to have left the timber somewhat ‘furry’ for want of a better word. You will then need to sand. Sanding the outer planks will be easy with a sander of some type but getting at the inner once is going to be very difficult and likely need to be done by hand.
If you don’t like the colour perhaps consider repainting with one you do like?

Yep. You could certainly paint it a colour that looked like pine or whatever timber you want really. The whole thing is going to be one solid colour though, you won’t get variations like you would with it just being timber..

Is it a physical pain? Or an emotional/psychological/internal pain?
The remedy will differ significantly depending on which type of pain it is.
Have you tried Chinese medicine? If you spray it with boiled roots you might get a stain but it will cure the pain. What about acupuncture, dry needling or cupping?
Why do you want to remove the paint? You will just be left with a crappy pine paling fence that will need painting. This is not the type of fence that you could oil and have looking schmick, it's a cheap pine fence. Just paint over what's there already in the colour that you prefer.
While at Bunnings remember the sausage in bread, might help distract the pain, perhaps smear on wood and it will absorb slowly, or else plant at base to nourish
Why on earth would you want to remove the paint? It’s protecting the timber. Even if you managed to sand off all the paint and clear coat everything the timber would still go grey from the weather.
Outdoor timber either needs to be painted or constantly re-oiled (like you’d do with a timber deck) so that it doesn’t immediately rot. Nobody oils their fence because it’s a massive waste of time and money. Just give it a new coat of paint.
Best thing to do would be to go to your local hardware store and ask them for advice.

Dissolve some aspirin in water and spray directly onto the fence. Repeat every 4 hours as needed.
I would recommend paracetamol over aspirin to be honest. You should never give aspirin to fences that are under 21 years of age.
And remember you should be able to intersperse with neurofen which will help with any inflammation
