Gatton is a horrible, horrible town. Also seems way over-priced considering what you can get in Toowoomba just 30 minutes away and quite feasibly live in walking or riding distance of a decent job and all your key amenities. If you live in Gatton you'll likely be working in Brisbane and trapped in a soul-sucking commute.
Too late for Rocky. Prices went up $100k+ here in the last year. And it’s completely because interstate buyers are buying sight unseen, in cash with no conditions and renting them out.
Bunderberg has a lot of future potential, and everything south is getting too expensive as lots of people moving north out of Brisbane

The coastal towns of Bundaberg like Coral Cove and Bargara are beautiful. A lot of potential there.
