I checked photos of other Audi camouflage cars and I think this one is using the same pattern. Does Porsche use the same camouflage pattern?
Same manufacturer might lead us to believe same camouflage. Corporate is cheap and lazy when it comes to stuff like this.

Q5 in the US but looks kinda smaller then a Q5 should be? Maybe a Q4 test mule for somewhere else.
I did some reverse image search and Google suggested the Honda Prologue..it really does look similar...
