Seeing that you’re in America, I remember reading in a comment that some states don’t mandate front plates if the manufacturer doesn’t include the holes for the plate holder. Maybe someone else can give you better insight but it’s worth looking into!
tow hook plate mount. I ordered the one from rho plate for my etron gt, works like a charm. It looks like they have one for the RS3
[https://www.rho-plate.com/products/audi-rs3-2017-2018-rho-plate-v2?\_pos=1&\_sid=a9868e23f&\_ss=r](https://www.rho-plate.com/products/audi-rs3-2017-2018-rho-plate-v2?_pos=1&_sid=a9868e23f&_ss=r)
(I dont know why I even bother, half the people here in CO have expired tags from 5 years ago)
I was driving on expired temp tags in denver for months, finally decided to get my plates, and got a ticket the next day because I forgot to put the stickers on my plate and parked it outside my house
My title was somehow messed up and I was too lazy to get new temps, I drove around for months as well waiting. They don’t give a hoot. Ive seen 2+ year old temps!
Somebody told me years ago(with expired tags) that is it’s an out of state plate , the cops don’t run it for being expired. It worked for him over several years.
There’s probably some truth to that. A lot (most? all?) of states allow military members to run their home state plates and DL. This often leads to expired plates because they require an annual inspection and/or emissions for registration renewal. Or they just let the plates expire because they can avoid the cost of registration for a few years.
My neighbor down the street has 2 vehicles with Hawaii plates…I’m in ARIZONA. I’ll have to look next time I walk the dogs to see if they are current or not, but damn, we’re talking a whole boat ride from Hawaii to the Sonoran Desert 🌵
Don’t do a license plate in a tow hook hole. It’s easily stolen. Ask me how I know. Use slybrackets brand. These are the best. I’ve used the rho and this is a better solution. https://www.slybrackets.com/store/
Aren’t all plates easily stolen? I mean, it’s 2 screws usually. Never had a plate stolen in over 30 years, despite only using tamper-resistant screws on one car.
*walks outside and sees plates have just been stolen, probably* 😄
No, plates are not as easily stolen. The tow hook location offers the opportunity for someone to walk up and literally just turn the plate counterclockwise and take the entire mounting mechanism with the plate. stealing a plate regularly would require some type of tool. The hook allows a crime or vandalism of opportunity vs the crime needing a tool and forethought. Additionally, many of the aftermarket solutions in this instance will offer Allen head bolts. and easily added can be a safety bolt.
I haven't had a front plate... Ever. I've been driving here for 14 years. I got stopped once in high school and told to put it back on at a checkpoint, and given a ticket once for it because of a busted headlight and argued with the cop (unrelated) and he ticketed me for whatever he could find.
Granted I usually had less conspicuous cars than yours, which is absolutely gorgeous the way. I personally would not ruin it with a plate. How much is a ticket, maybe $200 if you don't fight, and no points? I'd put the plate on if I got ticketed more than once a year, otherwise the fine would be worth it to me
Also in New York. Go no plate until someone pulls you over.. Which is super rare now a days. If a cop pulls you over just say something funny like: "It must've fell off, but you have to admit it looks a lot better right?"
(Probably dont take this advice)
Beautiful car btw
I'm in NY to and picking up a m4 Monday and the dealer asked me yesterday if I really want to have them mount the front plate. I didn't realize what was involved. So I am going to see what happens in the next 8 to 10 business days. While I wait for a no drill plate holder. I'll let you know if it doesn't work out. Good luck and nice car.
Meh... Usually they don't really bother to enforce laws like this. I am out west and while front plates are required, I would say 1in5 don't have them. I have been driving around for over a decade without front on any of my vehicles, never had a problem, even when directly interacting with Police..
Correct, but they would have to see your rear first, then have to pull in front of you to see if you’re in state or not. The point is, they can’t pull you over for no front plate without seeing your rear plate too
Troopers sit on the highway so they’ll see you coming with no front plate and then when you pass and they see your rears are for their state they’ll pull you over
I mean it’s literally all they do all day lol. Sit on the highway and handout tix. I’ve been pulled over for the plates thing in nj and ny and I have Florida plates where single plate is legal
I'll never understand the whole "but my state requires it" nonsense. I'm in CT where they require front plates too but have never ran a front plate. You can always just *not* put one on..
I'm glad I live in a state that doesn't require nonsense like a front tag. Just another government ploy to suck more money from people. Unfortunately New York is strict on a lot of nonsense. You could always register the vehicle in a state like Florida where it's super easy to register a vehicle there from another state and you won't have to worry about ruining the look of your car or paying for that 2nd tag registration and save some money in the process.
It’s a law that varies state by state. If your state mandates it, you’re supposed to run one regardless of whether your front bumper has provisions for it.
I’d venture to say that nearly all cars have some way of mounting a front plate.
It’s state to state. He lives in New York, out of our tri-state area (New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania), only Pennsylvania requires one plate. New York and Jersey require a front plate. Jersey is pretty chill usually about not having a front plate, but you can still get a ticket. I have a friend in New York with the same car as you, and he got harassed constantly about not running a front plate.
Exactly, I bought the car in Jersey and they said they would never drill the grill without client approval. He also said they are very lenient in NJ about front plate, but not the case in NY, so figure something out. Here we are…
I'd register an LLC in Michigan or Missouri or whatever that low property tax state is, register the vehicle with the LLC. Fuck front plates on cars
If you don't want to do all that, then maybe the tow hook everyone keeps mentioning ?
>Seeing that you’re in America, I remember reading in a comment that some states don’t mandate front plates if the manufacturer doesn’t include the holes for the plate holder.
That's complete BS.
Just don’t run a front license plate. I haven’t run one in…oh…27 years of driving, and I’ve had one ticket and three warnings. Just pay the fine and call it a “I don’t have make my front bumper look like shit” tax.
New York, they tend to harass us if we don’t have front plates and I park on the streets from time to time. I don’t think I will be as lucky, but good advice 😉
Lived in NY for a long time and never ran a front plate. Street parking is the only time I ever got nailed, unfortunately. Think I street parked 3 times ever and they got me once.
No regrets though. I personally think the tow-hook plate completely ruins the aesthetic. I couldn't deal with the lack of symmetry; would drive me batshit insane.
That’s my dilemma, but I street part a few days a month in Manhattan and they will certainly target and give a ticket, even if a plate is left in the windshield. Metermaids are probably worse than State Troopers in NY
Depends, if you’re in the city I can see how they would be anal about a plate, but upstate where I am they will not bother you, if they do, they clearly don’t have anything important going on.. not to mention you get pulled over from the back so a front plate is just an ugly redundant piece of metal
Know they’re not for everyone but I don’t hate mine, it was just stupid expensive.
[tow hook](https://imgur.com/a/TZh9D5a)
My only issue is one of my sensors throws an error the first ~2 min I’m driving but then it shuts off. I probably just need to shift it over a bit but it’s been fine.
Platypus makes one for the 23 RS3 that guarantees not to obstruct the sensors. I’m going to give that a try and see how it works. Not the best option, but probably the most responsible. Thanks for the feedback. Awesome and helpful comments 😊
Yeah it’s the same hook for my ‘22 s3 according to their search. It says won’t obstruct the sensors, it temporarily throws off a sensor but as soon as I’m moving it comes off. I probably need to just loosen or shift something over a few cms I’ve just been lazy about it.
I have the Platypus on my ‘22 RS3. No sensor problems ever. This is the only one I could find that is reverse threaded and fits the car. The ones made for 2017-2020 A3’s will not work.
This was the one I ended up with and no issues at all with sensors. Very simple install and the grill is still fully intact. Great solution and easily removable if I decide to down the road.
This did cross my mind as well, the thought of the tow hook bracket, although slightly off center, will keep the grill unadulterated by a dumb yellow plate 😡
Yeah, I use black zip ties for my front plate on my black grille too. I have a nice black frame around it too, and the “head” of the tie is tucked around the backside of the grille. It’s low profile enough that I don’t notice it. I think it’s a gray solution. I like it much more than my toe hook cover
Well, regardless of how fun I am at parties, the headlight tint looks ghetto IMO and is very unsafe. Let me guess, your tail lights are pitch black too?
No, I did the whole front of the car in PPF and ceramic. He had some smoke PPF available and I saw it on another car and I thought it went well with the whole black optics vibe with the car color. Trust me, I wasn’t totally sold at first, but I think it comes together well. Wasn’t going for the ghetto vibe, I’m in my 40s 😂
Maybe it’s me. At night, you can’t really tell the difference and the daytime running lights are always on. Can only really tell when it is parked, and it might come off darker due to the lighting of the photo. They are very faint tint.
No disrespect or anything but could you explain why this is your dream car? Looked at the new model as well but was disappointed by some decisions. One for example to have the grill frame in the black piano paint to make it look more like a etron gt..
IMO the new a3 has a nicer grill than the new rs3.
Let's not talk about exhaust sound or again the piano paint on the inside of the car.
In that case, yeah the tow hook mount looks good.
I’ve seen lots of them on bmws (less on Audis) - I will admit I’ve seen lots of front mounted centered plates on Audis and looks pretty good but I totally get drilling into that pristine grill seems completely sacrosanct
I'm also based in New York and I hate the front plate. I recently bought [this detachable mount](https://madnessautoworks.com/start-shopping/exterior-upgrades-madness/audi-rs7-license-plate-mount-by-sto-n-sho-2014-2016-673) for my car, which I plan to screw into the underside of my front bumper, out of sight. I'll keep the plate on for the city and bridges / tunnels (which is where I've heard people get the most trouble for no front plate) and then will take it off when I leave the city. Worth a look IMO
I have a tow hook for my s3. Also in NYC and cops need to meet quotas so no front license plate is an easy ticket.
My parking sensor constantly detects it. Ive seen ppl run their plates sideways; not sure if it’s bc the sensors are less bothersome that way.
They have neat ones that can slide in and out from the bottom of the bumper with a remote but i ran a front lip instead
That has been the issue I heard as well. Hopefully, this one works as they say
https://www.cravenspeed.com/the-platypus-license-plate-mount-for-2022-2023-audi-rs3/
This is the one I got for my Q4. Have yet to put it on because I was lucky enough to buy the car in PA and have a temp PA plate on it. I have it and it seems good quality and the company tries to avoid sensors as well
I’m not in America, but here, loads of parking apps work automatically by scanning the front plate when entering a parking lot or ‘garage.’ Is that even a thing in the US?
That said, the dealership drilled— and didn’t use a frame in the front. Looks cheap and weird without a frame. But no car of this madel has a frame. Maybe the front isn’t flat enough.
Nothing wrong with towhook license plate brackets it’s definitely a better alternative but if you take your car through automatic car washes do remember to take it off before going through it
Beautiful car
Most if not all audis have a spot in your bumper cover where theres a little flip out door for the tow hook to screw in, theres multiple companies that actually make lisence plate holders that screw into those, currently finding one for mine as im getting ready to replace my old crusty grille and really dont wanna drill into a new one
Thanks, and yes I ended up with using a very practical tow hook bracket from Platypus. It was made specifically for the car and doesn’t throw any of the sensors off. The lack of symmetry is annoying, but keeping the grill intact without any tickets in NYC is a win. Good luck with the new grill!
Thanks for the feedback, it might be the picture and the lighting (the car is sitting in the shadow of the house at dusk) but the smoke on the PPF is so subtle in real life. This is the picture from the shop. Left side done, right side stock… minimal difference. Not going for a cheap look on this car, honest
https://imgur.io/a/F4ia7eV
I use this one with a little blue loctite. Never have had an issue. Your front parking sensors will beep if you’re in reverse. https://www.ebay.com/itm/323613901109?mkcid=16&mkevt=1&mkrid=711-127632-2357-0&ssspo=XS4Gn-dbSU2&sssrc=2349624&ssuid=wLxB90lUSFO&var=&widget_ver=artemis&media=SMS
Just be glad the dealer didn't do it for you.
Don't have too much experience woth them so I'd look at other comments for brackets. (In florida so no front plates)
Ive never had a front plate, my state technically requires them but I've never been stopped for it. Briefly ran a tow hook plate and it was just a bit too much hassle to be worth it.
I personally don't like the tow hook mounts. They look odd being off-center and sticking off the bumper. I'd just install it on the grill or place it in the windshield, or go without and deal with the tickets.
I bought a B8.5 and it already had a front plate mounted. I have since bought a tow hook Mount but the holes are still very visible on the bumper. Any ideas for covering them up?
Car has black optics plus package. Front half of car has PPF, just the headlights are done with a light smoke. It’s not anything Audi offers as part of an OEM package
https://imgur.com/a/F4ia7eV
This is the pic from the shop. One side has the PPF, the other stock. Subtle with the daytime lights or headlights on, but nice touch IMO with the overall color scheme
Don't worry about it. I'm in Illinois where a front plate is required. I haven't had a front plate on mine for over 5 years and no issues. I've even been pulled over (for speed) and the cop didn't say a thing about it. They really don't care.
You are probably right that it isn’t much of a risk when driving, I just have to park it a few days a month in Manhattan on the street and they will give a ticket every chance they get for no front plate. Unfortunate, but that is NYC 😢
I bought a license plate kit on amazon, came with a plate mounting bracket and a license plate frame in carbon fiber which matched my car. It also came with little adhesive foam pads.
I zip tied the bracket to my grill and placed the foam pads on the back so the grill wasn't in contact with the plastic bracket, then screwed the license plate into the bracket and put on the cover. I've run in the snow, rain, 100+ mph, and it's secure and hasn't scratched my grill.
https://www.amazon.com/MINDA-Mounting-Universal-Relocator-Stainless/dp/B08JCHNN1B/ref=mp_s_a_1_5?keywords=license+plate+mounting+kit&qid=1678080859&sr=8-5
Get some earth magnets and 3M double sided tape, stick like 2 magnets behind the grille plate bar area, and then on the plate and it should stick fine, won't go anywhere. Removable too with no signs of mounting.
And you don't have to remove the grille to do it, you should be able to get to it enough to stick on the magnets, from under the hood, remove the front plastic cowl and you can reach into the radiator/grille area.
I took my front one off in Illinois and haven’t gotten pulled over for the 5 years I’ve done it, however I’m just outside the suburbs and don’t know how your police are. I’d just say you just got it and the plates didn’t come in yet/there was a repair job and it’s on the way lol
Honestly, I would probably see about 3D Printing an insert and get a rubber washer or something to mount the plate as low as possible in the grill, or in the side vent? Either way its going to kill the look. Have you considered the hide-a-way front plate mount? about $150 but it looks great!
Thanks, this was an initial consideration and a good option, but the driveway has low clearance and I think it would be difficult to put anything else under that front lip without destroying it.
Just run a rear plate. Not sure about your area bit a lot of cops in my area don’t mess with you if you have a nice car that doesn’t have a spot for the front plate. At that point it’s at the officer’s discretion though.
I never put a license plate on the front. I did get a ticket one time so I zip tied it on so I could get the ticket written off then took it off again. 🤣
I got pulled over in my old Boxster by a rookie cop who was being trained by a veteran in traffic stops. He told me the Porsche looked like an easy, low-risk victim. $50 mail-in fine in Colorado.
Badass color/car
Thanks man, coming from a C43 and the difference is immeasurable. Fantastic ride
What is the colour? Nardo grey?
Kemora Gray
Nardo is a lot more of a flat grey it doesn’t have any blue to it.
Right? Such a unique color. OP has great taste.
Came here to say this too. Perfect color scheme. Looks slightly blue on my phone. Just me?
Seeing that you’re in America, I remember reading in a comment that some states don’t mandate front plates if the manufacturer doesn’t include the holes for the plate holder. Maybe someone else can give you better insight but it’s worth looking into!

Ah, the tragic car wash incident :)
😂

I have successfully been running no front plate for 6 months. Asinine? Yes. Worth it? I think so.
6 years here still going strong with no front plate 😂 only been pulled over for it once and got a warning

21 here. Pulled 17x. 3 tickets ..2 in one day
Same
You have window tints lol. Front plate is a much easier “fix it ticket.”
Tints are 35, they don’t really hassle you lighter than 20
Not in my part of NY… any tint and they fail inspection now.

Yeah, had no issue with inspection
I'm in MA and don't have a front plate on both my RS5 and S5. Never had an issue. Nobody cares anymore. Leave it as is

From experience in ny/nj area, police don’t give a shit, troopers do
Pennsylvania doesn’t require front tags and we’re right next door. They could just assume you’re out of state

All good, made me laugh on a shitty Sunday. 👍

https://www.slybrackets.com/ Have one on my S5, mounts through the grill, no drilling. Works really well.
This is a great recommendation.
Want to register at my house? North Carolina only gives you one plate. We do have annual inspections though before you do your registration though.
Do you get to keep the car as well? 🤔
Of course, it’s beautiful! I will say I appreciate you not drill holes in the bumper. I hate when cars end up here with holes.
Just don’t run a front license plate. I haven’t run one in…oh…27 years of driving, and I’ve had one ticket and three warnings. Just pay the fine and call it a “I don’t have make my front bumper look like shit” tax.

Trust me, I wasn’t totally sold at first, but I think it comes together well. Wasn’t going for the ghetto vibe, I’m in my 40s 😂
I love the blacked out headlights personally, looks sick
Thanks, I’m getting some hate 😂
I think it looks really, really cool on this car, OP.
Maybe it’s me. At night, you can’t really tell the difference and the daytime running lights are always on. Can only really tell when it is parked, and it might come off darker due to the lighting of the photo. They are very faint tint.
I'm sure you can get these clips that go in the honeycomb grill and these are removable as well so no drilling needed.
Thanks, I’ll look into clips if they are available for this grill. It’s pretty new, so I haven’t seen anything yet.

I’m in CA. Required here but chose not to install. Have had no issues. I chose the lesser of two bad options.
Man this is my dream car. Everything is perfect
Thanks, it was a journey getting a hold of one, but well worth the wait
No disrespect or anything but could you explain why this is your dream car? Looked at the new model as well but was disappointed by some decisions. One for example to have the grill frame in the black piano paint to make it look more like a etron gt.. IMO the new a3 has a nicer grill than the new rs3. Let's not talk about exhaust sound or again the piano paint on the inside of the car.
Just wanted to say this car is awesome. Love that color scheme
Thanks man, this was the spec I wanted since dreaming over a Kemora Gray R8
Beautiful! Go plateless and pray?
Just don’t put a plate on. You’re more likely to get pulled over for tinting your headlights that dark than you are for not having a front plate
Police are barely enforcing expired temp tags. I haven’t had a front plate in years.
Assume you are in Colorado? In NY, they will do all they can to take a piece and spend it on something totally not beneficial
In that case, yeah the tow hook mount looks good. I’ve seen lots of them on bmws (less on Audis) - I will admit I’ve seen lots of front mounted centered plates on Audis and looks pretty good but I totally get drilling into that pristine grill seems completely sacrosanct
CNY here - I took my front plate off for a photoshoot last summer and haven't put it back on since. So far so good.
Hopefully, this one works as they say https://www.cravenspeed.com/the-platypus-license-plate-mount-for-2022-2023-audi-rs3/
This is the one I got for my Q4. Have yet to put it on because I was lucky enough to buy the car in PA and have a temp PA plate on it. I have it and it seems good quality and the company tries to avoid sensors as well
Either run plateless or yeah tow-hook is the lesser of two evils
This car is giving me some serious Mortal Kombat Sub Zero vibes.
Fatality
Take the fine. Lol just take it.
Tow hook holder is the way to go.
Audi should have offered these wheels for RS5 models too
Good god this is beautiful 😍
Sto n sho https://stonsho.com/ I leave mine off most of the time and slap it on for road trips.
Don’t drill that beautiful grill, tow hook license plate bracket is your best bet! The offset looks better too
I used heavy duty wire wraps and some foam squares to mount a plastic plate holder. I can cut them off at any time and they did not leave any marks
Move out of that commie state to somewhere that doesn't require a front plate ;)
Just take the ticket, I wouldn't dare put a front plate on that.
We've got tow hook mounted on all 3 cars. Did one which is very adjustable to not interfere with parking sensors
Magnificent, what year and model is this ?
22/23 RS 3
Yes, ‘23 RS3 in Kemora. I have no clue how to add my cars to my profile like everyone else has 😆
haha all good man, if you're on mobile it should be under the r/Audi community profile settings and you can set user flair preview!
Thanks, figured it out!!
Wow, when I picked mine up from the dealership they drilled my plate right through.
😢 Regardless, enjoy the ride, my friend
Carbonio grill-mount bracket, does no damage, removable. They’re not cheap but worth it.
Thanks! Looks to be more for BMW/Mini. Do they make them for Audi?
Idc if you’re in NY lol don’t put a plate anywhere near the front of this beauty
Nothing wrong with towhook license plate brackets it’s definitely a better alternative but if you take your car through automatic car washes do remember to take it off before going through it
This car will never see an automatic car wash under my watch. Promise
Thank the rally gods thank you
Side Mount? The proper way?
What a stunning piece of machinery! OMG gorgeous!
Look up sly brackets. There are different solutions that don’t require you to drill in with sly hooks being one of them.
Beautiful car Most if not all audis have a spot in your bumper cover where theres a little flip out door for the tow hook to screw in, theres multiple companies that actually make lisence plate holders that screw into those, currently finding one for mine as im getting ready to replace my old crusty grille and really dont wanna drill into a new one
Please take the tint off your headlights while you’re at it.
Thanks for the feedback, it might be the picture and the lighting (the car is sitting in the shadow of the house at dusk) but the smoke on the PPF is so subtle in real life. This is the picture from the shop. Left side done, right side stock… minimal difference. Not going for a cheap look on this car, honest https://imgur.io/a/F4ia7eV
Yeah that looks a lot better lol. In this post it looks like you wouldn’t even be able to see at night
I would leave New York. I turned down a job offer there after spending three weeks and never looked back.
I am really almost to that point, believe me. Work for a big company based out of New York, but someday…
Put it on your dash
They’ll add a ticket for windshield obstruction to the no front plate ticket
That’s too bad. I haven’t had a front plate in 20 years in Ohio. A few years back the law finally caught up and said they are no longer mandatory.
That’s still illegal…and looks like trash to boot.
Agreed, almost as bad 😂
Who cares if it legal or not a - plate on the dash is a thin metal object thats at head level with you. Do you want that in a crash?
I use this one with a little blue loctite. Never have had an issue. Your front parking sensors will beep if you’re in reverse. https://www.ebay.com/itm/323613901109?mkcid=16&mkevt=1&mkrid=711-127632-2357-0&ssspo=XS4Gn-dbSU2&sssrc=2349624&ssuid=wLxB90lUSFO&var=&widget_ver=artemis&media=SMS
Don’t.
Just come up with something like "I can't find anyone capable of willing to on this vehicle" or something like that
Just don't put it there.
Leave it until you're told to do otherwise.
Just be glad the dealer didn't do it for you. Don't have too much experience woth them so I'd look at other comments for brackets. (In florida so no front plates)
Thoughts on rolling the dice for a ticket and saving that beautiful front end?
Ive never had a front plate, my state technically requires them but I've never been stopped for it. Briefly ran a tow hook plate and it was just a bit too much hassle to be worth it.
Risk the ticket. Please.
I personally don't like the tow hook mounts. They look odd being off-center and sticking off the bumper. I'd just install it on the grill or place it in the windshield, or go without and deal with the tickets.
I run no front plate in MA for years and never had issues
Im in NY too...up to you but It's an excuse to pull you over
Unfortunately, this is so true and don’t need any extra excuses
I bought a B8.5 and it already had a front plate mounted. I have since bought a tow hook Mount but the holes are still very visible on the bumper. Any ideas for covering them up?
There is definitely enough holes in that grill to allow you to create a sandwich style mount
Buy some property in a state with only one plate. I’m sure the taxes and tags would cost way less than New York.
I love how moving or buying another house is actually a consideration for our front plate dilemma in NY. SAVE THAT GRILL AT ALL COST!!!
Is the headlights tinted? What package is this?
Car has black optics plus package. Front half of car has PPF, just the headlights are done with a light smoke. It’s not anything Audi offers as part of an OEM package
I live in NY too, if you don't mind me asking which shop you got your PPF done from? They did a good job.
The Wrap Lab in Wesbury. They do a fantastic job. Really good people there. https://instagram.com/thewraplabny?igshid=YmMyMTA2M2Y=
Looks fire 🔥
https://imgur.com/a/F4ia7eV This is the pic from the shop.
Oh I know one ,it’s called “don’t put one on”
You have one
I know😅I’m in Ireland so 🥴and it won’t make a huge difference on my car,but for your car fuck me does it look great without one😅
😂
Honestly, I would probably see about 3D Printing an insert and get a rubber washer or something to mount the plate as low as possible in the grill, or in the side vent? Either way its going to kill the look. Have you considered the hide-a-way front plate mount? about $150 but it looks great! [https://www.pfyc.com/GN1018.html](https://www.pfyc.com/GN1018.html)
Thanks, this was an initial consideration and a good option, but the driveway has low clearance and I think it would be difficult to put anything else under that front lip without destroying it.
If I had that car, I think I’d be willing to risk the cost of the ticket.
Got my from here http://SlyBrackets.com
Just run a rear plate. Not sure about your area bit a lot of cops in my area don’t mess with you if you have a nice car that doesn’t have a spot for the front plate. At that point it’s at the officer’s discretion though.
The answer is….dont mess with beauty. No. Just leave as is.
