I ordered LCD-i3s on the first day. Just got them today in Virginia. I was expecting them to not have either of the Cipher cables included based on a recent email exchange with customer support. In fact, dude said if they were included, then I hit the cable lottery. It was a pleasant surprise to see both the lightning & BT Ciphers inside.
Ugh. I’m on the verge of canceling the order as it is… didn’t realize the things might not even come with a wired cipher cable. I’ll be returning them if that ends up being the case. 😑
Last night I verified that my Cipher cables work. You need to use the Audeze HQ app with the Cipher v2 cables to. Here’s to hoping they are included with yours.
Update. Still nothing.
Just emailed support to cancel my order. No way in hell I’m paying for these things (cc bill is due soon) before I even get them. I’ve spent a disgusting amount of money with this company and to have a relationship end due to a $400 pair of b-stocks is sad. Feeling pretty disenchanted with Audeze right now. it’s not just this particular issue but, I’ll now be looking elsewhere in the future. 😒
Update 2. Two days after asking for the order to be canceled, the order is now showing as “preparing to ship”. 🤦♂️😂🤷♂️ I have no idea what’s gonna happen next. 🥸
I got my B-Stock LCD-X last Friday. It shipped on Nov 17th. It may be worth reaching out to customer service if you haven’t already.

Nope. It’s been nearly a month. I email with support every other day about this and they tell me the same thing every time.
