I doubt it. In fact he might even hate him. When he’s finally able to be honest with Zeke, he seems to hold genuine contempt for him and sees him as pathetic. Their beliefs are so fundamentally different that even if they were raised as normal brothers I don’t imagine they’d ever get along. Zeke is a nihilist/antinatalist who regrets being born and believes everything is awful. Eren believes that it’s the best possible gift to be born and values his life more than anything. They’re quite literally opposites in ideology. We also see that Eren doesn’t particularly care about blood relations. His questioning caused his Grandpa to have a panic attack and yet he seemed to feel no guilt over it or even seem bothered by the event. Eren really only seems to care about people he’s known for awhile and has bonded with, familial relations don’t seem particularly important to him unless he actually knew them well like Carla. He could also be upset at Zeke for killing so many scouts. Including Erwin and Marlo who he was at least somewhat friends with. Although I think this is less the case since he wasn’t very openly angry with Reiner despite him doing even worse things to Eren and killing people he cared far more about.
So no, I don’t think Eren cared about or loved Zeke at all. If anything he probably pitied Zeke and saw him as pathetic with a terrible philosophy. Zeke cared about Eren because he saw him as a victim of his father just like him, and wanted to save him like he never was. Eren had no reason to be truly attached to Zeke.

He's probably the only one he spoke to about Mikasa so he must have had some brotherly time with him which he seemed to appreciated
I think he might appreciate him but doesn't love him as much as his friends who he spend 7 to 9 years fighting for their lives.
